"It shouldn't wait."

Nicole frowned, she knew that this likely was just Andrew wanting to tell Prommy about the goddess he'd encountered but why alone? Well he was offered a deal to betray the others, or at least Jon, so maybe he just doesn't want them getting nervous about that sort of thing? She shrugged, it was more likely that Andrew just didn't trust the others still.

"I've got something to mention too," she said to Prometheus "Someone might have spotted me last night, I can't be sure though. All I know is that they were driving a fancy car and it felt like I knew them. Couldn't place it though so who knows, might just be me getting paranoid."

Prometheus was glad to see Andrew and Nicole approach, settling his fears that the group had dwindled yet again in numbers. He was about to greet them, but was cut short as Andrew promptly addressed him. The Titan narrowed his eyes and tried to think, quickly and decisively. Allowing secrets or withholding information within the group would surely create tension - any of which would be likely to have drastic consequences in the current state of things.

On the other hand, Andrew was both skilled and connected. Still mulling it over, he answered Nicole with a smile. His distant relative had proved yet again to be a mature and capable companion. He trusted her.

"You may be being overly-cautious, but that's a good thing. London is crawling with...all kinds, at the moment. Considering Andrew's actions in the pub, it's unlikely we're still unknowns."

The Titan decided, politely apologizing to his friends, making note to eye Hymir directly. He wanted him to know that these people could be trusted. Even if Andrew was somewhat emotionally underdeveloped.

"Uh, sure. Yes, okay. Excuse us briefly."

Taking a few steps away from the group, Prometheus slipped his hands into his jumper pocket, watching both Andrew and Hymir. He spoke in a hushed tone.

"What is it?"

---------------------------------------------------------

The bronze man, tired of waiting, began walking to Paddington at a lumbering pace. Attracting the occasional odd glance, he finally arrived silently into the station. Striding with purpose, he brushed past Prometheus and Andrew, greeting the former in old Greek.

"Charete, Philoi Tou Anthropoi"

Striding on, he opened a service door near the edge of the platform, his bronze hand curling around the bright red handle. Taking one last look around, he shrugged and disappeared behind the pale green door.

"Uh, sure. Yes, okay. Excuse us briefly."

Andrew wasn't surprised by Prometheus' reaction. He was sure the titan didn't trust him, after all, especially not after what had happened the evening before. Following the other, Andrew tried to think of what to say, he certainly didn't want to sound weak or unsure, but it wasn't a topic he was used to talking about.

Hopefully he won't just brush me off, though.

"What is it?"

Prometheus said, voice hushed.

"There's a couple of things, but I'll start with the most difficult thing first. I... have a hard time trusting people. I have a hard time speaking the truth, and expressing myself, and I'm sure that there's a lot of reasons for you not to like me. However..." he trailed off, not too sure of how to continue. It would certainly be easier for him to demand to be treated with respect, but it was also far less likely to succeed.

"I'm trying. I'm trying to be more open and to do what I think is right. The only reason I'm here is because you called, I had no idea what was awaiting. I don't know what that says, but it should mean something, that I'm sure of. I don't like to dislike you, or distrust you, but every time you ignore me because you don't approve of something I've done, or try to tell me off by making passive-aggressive remarks, I end up doing just that."

I don't like this situation one bit.

Then again, it wasn't exactly surprising, there was a reason he avoided this kind of thing, after all.

"I don't know why, but everything just goes cold in my chest, and I start lashing out, mentally. It feels like you're saying those things just to spite me. I know that that's my issue, and that I should fix it, but I... well, I suppose I need you to know that I do have emotions, and that they do get hurt, so if you could tell me directly what I've done wrong or at least try to listen to the reason why I did it, it would be... appreciated."

Andrew sighed, at least it was done. He probably looked like a stupid child, though.

"That was that bit. Also, a mist goddess of some kind, possibly of South-American origin appeared while I was showering yesterday. I didn't get her name or intent, but she told me I could have anything I wanted if I sold out Jon. I told her I wasn't interested. You can tell the rest if you want to, but Jon might get angry if he knows that someone is after him."

There was one more thing. But if I mention it, that might seem off.

If he did say it the right way, however, perhaps it would result in Prometheus trusting him more.

"Also... she thought I disliked you, and told me she could have you crippled. I don't know how, but I tried to make it seem as if I didn't care, in case she tries to harm people because I didn't take her deal."

He might have said more, if not for a tall guy, bleeding and looking fairly... suspicious, brushed past them, muttering something in a language Andrew didn't know.

"Charete, Philoi Tou Anthropoi"

What did he say?

For a moment, Andrew allowed himself to look somewhere between surprised and thoughtful, his eyes following the stranger. However, he was still facing Prometheus and didn't even ask about it, instead just sort of accepting it.

I'm not even going to be surprised the next time something like that happens.

He thought, too many odd things had happened in too little time for him to care, and the stranger didn't seem intent on harming them.

The Bronze man started to leave with out them and he was more important to Rias then this girl was. So with out waiting for a reply she followed the Bronze man to the station, though, made a quick stop at her hotel, which was on the way to the station, to collect her things. If Zeus's hit men knew where she was, it was time to move on anyway.

By the time she arrived at the station the Bronze Man was no where to be seen, Rias just shrugged, kept the hood on her coat up and bought her ticket then boarded the train. As she stowed her bag and settled in the long night started to catch up with her a bit, yawning as she awaited departure.

Prometheus listened with half-intent as Andrew spieled off. The youth was obviously somewhat hurt by the events of the other day; something which the Titan hadn't considered attributing to his own actions. Opening his mouth to reply to his confession, he was again cut off by Andrew's admission of divine encounter.

Taken aback, his brow furrowed deeply. Resisting the urge to inquire immediately about the somewhat more pressing matter, he addressed Andrew in a calm and friendly tone.

"I can understand that you find it somewhat difficult, being emotionally...different. I'm sorry if I was short or aggressive towards you. I have priorities, so if I perceive something that would put us in danger, I tend not to care about how I stop it, or why it happened. So, apologies."

Flicking his gaze back to the group, he caught Nicole's gaze and raised his eyebrows, indicating his somewhat disbelief that she shared a room with him.

"Regarding the...mist goddess...I think it's best if we tell the others. Secrets will just weaken us, I think. I can't think of who it might be off the top of my head - the Americans have always been distant to me. But if she can cripple me, she knows where I am. If she's in your shower, then she can clearly move quickly, perhaps over great distance."

Though this news was somewhat troubling, it did give the group some common threat - as long as they were loyal to the Titan, and not to any promise of profit. The bronze man passed by, and Prometheus gave him the briefest of nods before disappearing. Turning back to Andrew, he muttered.

"Old friend. Anyway, let's get goi-"

The bronze man was swiftly followed by a hooded girl. Passing by, Prometheus got a glimpse of her face - and her distinctly feline features. Frowning, he pulled Andrew back to the group, before speaking in a hushed tone to everyone.

"Dark hooded girl on the train - do you see her? She's a half-God, Egyptian, mother allied with Dio, on the run. It'd be worth our time to talk to her - she might have information regarding Dionysus' allies, including Loki, as well as being worth something dead or alive...if we so choose."

He indicated towards the train carriage window, where the youth could be seen waiting. He also then pointed to the service door with the red handle.

"Through that door is a Market of sorts. We're in no rush, so if anyone wants to have a chat with her, you have 5 minutes before that train leaves."

His gaze settled distinctly on Hymir.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As Prometheus spoke to the group, a dark-suited Japanese woman approached Shiro, politely tapping him on the back. Her skin was near perfect, and her hair held in a tight bun. She carried in her arms a black folder, and featured a hands-free set clipped into her ear. She spoke in perfectly anunciated Japanese, addressing only Shiro.

"Good morning Toshiro. I represent Orochi Musuko - do you have a moment?"

Andrew wasn't sure about what he thought about being called emotionally different. Especially since the latter was said with a hesitation normally used when one was thinking about something to say that wasn't too insulting.

I'm not emotionally different.

He thought to himself, though, he doubted Prometheus meant anything negative with it, given the titan's tone and words. Even so, Andrew couldn't help but feel that it was a bit saddening.

"I'm sorry too, then, for being emotionally different," he responded. It was an honest apology, and his tone and expression was sure to reflect on that. Despite that, he wasn't entirely pleased. "I'll try to be something else."

Even though my actions didn't ever harm us.

Andrew was rather sure of that he had been more of a help than a hinder, yet, when considering it, the titan's reply sounded more like a pity apology than anything else.

I tried, at least.

Andrew nodded, he had a couple of thoughts about that himself, but he decided to leave it be. He had told Prometheus, that was all he felt like doing now.

However, he shook his head, there was another thing he had to ask.

"Prometheus... can I trust you? Could we be friends? I..." he trailed off as the suspicious man passed, and spoke, perhaps making it hard for the titan to hear him, or perhaps the other simply ignored him.

"Old friend. Anyway, let's get goi-"

A girl in a hood passed, and not too long after Andrew found himself grabbed and dragged towards the group.

I should have said something about that as well.

How many times had that happened?

A little too many for my liking.

Over there, Prometheus spoke to the whole group, Andrew walking over to Nicole and making an expression that said something like "well, I tried", assuming she would remember what he had said the night before about talking to the titan.

"Dark hooded girl on the train - do you see her? She's a half-God, Egyptian, mother allied with Dio, on the run. It'd be worth our time to talk to her - she might have information regarding Dionysus' allies, including Loki, as well as being worth something dead or alive...if we so choose. It would certainly be decent information if we got anything, but...

"I'd say it's a good idea, but I'm not the right person to talk to anyone, apparently," Andrew muttered, and leaned over to Nicole, speaking to her only.

"I'm not emotionally different, right? I'm a lot... but not that... right?" If Prometheus meant that the whole group should know about the mist goddess, the titan should say it. And if someone wanted to talk to the other demigod, then they should. Certainly not him. Andrew had confessed enough stuff for a whole month, and he wasn't too eager to try his luck with anyone else.

"I'm not emotionally different, right? I'm a lot... but not that... right?"

"Eh?" Nicole replied, confused by Andrew's complaining. She sighed and thought for a moment before replying. He really needs to learn to take things less seriously. All the same she could tell it had been hard for him to open up as he did to Prometheus.

"Everyone's different Andrew," she said "He didn't mean to offend you, and he's not wrong. You are different than me or him, you've certainly noticed that yourself."

She sighed again and put a reassuring hand on his shoulder "It's like when the others died, you grieved for them but in your own way, while we grieved for them in ours. None of us were wrong in how we grieved, but we did so differently."

That said she turned to see who it was that Prometheus had pointed out. Another demigod could be very useful to have on our side, though I'm not sure I want to endanger someone else by involving them. But then she's sort of involved already... I suppose it can't hurt to go talk to her.

"Come on Andrew, lets go talk to her," she said, hopefully if nothing else the task would get his mind off things "You're good with women right?"

That said she approached the hooded girl, waving slightly to try and get her attention "Hi," she said, unsure of how to start the conversation "I'm Nicole, my friend thought he recognized you," she motioned towards Prometheus "What's your name?"

Rias had pulled her hood down a bit further to block the light and settle in for a nap when she heard some one calling out, naturally she assumed it was to some one else at first.

"I'm Nicole, my friend thought he recognized you," she heard, now close enough for there to be no mistake about who she, Nicole apparently, was talking to. She pushed her hood back a bit, and looked up at the girl, then where she was pointing. "What's your name?"

"Wonderful, the disposable pawn is here" she grumbled as she saw who Nicole was pointing at. Rias sighed and pulled the hood all the way back as she stood up to face the pair, hands in her pockets, just in case "Then that must make the pair of you, two of the 'heroes' who 'saved the world'" Rias said, mocking their victory. "Good job making things worse for every one by the way." Her mocking tone and demeanor shift to a much less personable one "Now out with it, why are you and the dim witted Titan bothering me."

"Everyone's different Andrew. He didn't mean to offend you, and he's not wrong. You are different than me or him, you've certainly noticed that yourself."

Andrew nodded, that made sense. Even though Nicole had said it a lot better, of course.

Perhaps I was a bit harsh on Prometheus.

He had assumed a lot, after all, perhaps he had assumed the wrong things?

"It's like when the others died, you grieved for them but in your own way, while we grieved for them in ours. None of us were wrong in how we grieved, but we did so differently."

"I know," he responded, though he wasn't sure why Nicole felt the need to be painfully clear about it. Then he realized that for her, this probably was easy to figure out, something she did naturally, and therefore she felt the need to make sure Andrew got it. He smiled, the intention was good, at least.

"Thanks."

"Come on Andrew, lets go talk to her. You're good with women right?"

"I suppose I am," he responded, not too eager to talk to someone else, but following her either way. If nothing else, he could ensure that she didn't get hurt. Upon Nicole introducing herself and asking for the girl's name, the demigoddess stood up, revealing her feline traits and speaking to them in a mocking and sarcastic tone.

She has cat ears.

Well, apparently he did get surprised this time as well.

I suppose it makes sense for her to have cat ears, given who her mother is.

"Wonderful, the disposable pawn is here. Then that must make the pair of you, two of the 'heroes' who 'saved the world.' Good job making things worse for every one by the way. Now out with it, why are you and the dim witted Titan bothering me."

Andrew smiled a bit. He could certainly understand her hesitation and suspicion, he wasn't completely sure what to think of one of the demigods who had supported Dio either, with how he had gone about his goal. At least, with what she had said, he had a response in mind.

"I'll easily admit that we might have helped the wrong side, but make no mistake, we did not support Zeus, nor did we have anything to do with his further rise," he said and met her eyes, showing that he was honest.

"As a matter of fact, we're both on his list, just like you. I'm Andrew, son of Apollo. I'd suggest, for both your sake and ours, that you step off the train so that we can talk further. This train is leaving rather soon, and I don't think it would allow us to talk freely. If it turns out that we can't offer you anything that's worthwhile, or if you think we're not worth helping, I'll personally pay for your ticket, since we've wasted yours." Andrew wouldn't mind doing that, if they really were wasting her time, that was only a reasonable thing to do.

"So, what do you say? I can't see a reason for that to not suit you, unless you're headed for a safe location where you'll have others to have your back. Being alone in our position is rather risky, and I'd rather not see Zeus cross another name off the list without having at least tried to help you in some way."

Rias took another look at Prometheus and the group, and saw a rather large problem with Andrews story. "So you say, Son of Apollo, but if it's true Zeus has re-payed the sacrifices your group made to maintain a throne he's no claim to any more with placing you on his hit list" She said, in a calm but clearly distant manner, while pulling a hand out of pocket and turning slightly to point at John. "Then why is one of Zeus's butchers among your number? Care to explain that." Her tone changed a little, there was more of an edge to it as she refereed to John as a 'butcher', the kinda of tone that said the two of them had history.

Nicole was immediately sorry that she'd tried to approach the girl, who proceeded to ***** at her and insult Prometheus. Listen here you... Fortunately Andrew spoke up before she could snap at the girl, managing to maintain a surprisingly cordial demeanor in spite of his earlier anxiety.

"Then why is one of Zeus's butchers among your number? Care to explain that."

"Jon is on our side now," she said "Zeus used him again, but he regrets what he was made to do. If you don't believe me then talk to him yourself."

She couldn't help but let some amount of annoyance slip into her voice, though she did realize that this at least was a fairly reasonable question. Just relax, things have been rough for demigods lately. Besides she could be helpful to our cause, safety in numbers and all that.

"At any rate we'll be leaving shortly," she said "so you ought to make your choice soon."

She's surprisingly adept at recognizing us. I wonder if the oposition were given pictures of us? Or, about just as likely, she's seen him before.

Hopefully they weren't dealing with another grudge, if the demigoddess would attempt to attack Jon if she followed, or just outright refuse to follow, that was bad. He didn't change his facial expression, simply looked over at Nicole to see if she had anything to say on the matter.

"Jon is on our side now. Zeus used him again, but he regrets what he was made to do. If you don't believe me then talk to him yourself."

He certainly got why Nicole was sounding a bit annoyed. She probably was annoyed, she was honest, after all, and stubborn. In a good way, of course. He smiled encouragingly to her, she had made him feel less angered earlier, so it was only fair.

"At any rate we'll be leaving shortly. so you ought to make your choice soon."

I wonder if this is enough, though.

The cat-eared demigoddess didn't seem that easily convinced.

"I'm certain that you'll find some use in joining us for a while, at least," Andrew added. "As for Jon... well, there's no denying what he has done, but he is on the list as well. If you need protection, we will protect you, if you want information, we'll tell you what we know, as long as you do the same. If you really mind Jon's presence, you don't have to talk to him at all." He tilted his head very slightly, a way to seem more innocent without it being noticed.

"I promise you that it's worthwhile, just come along for as long as you're comfortable with."

This isn't someone I want to deal with beyond convincing. Not if we're discussing something, at least.

Nicole did a very poor job trying to convince her to leave the train, Andrew on the other hand, plead a much better case, though she was still not convinced this wasn't some kind of, really stupid, and poorly thought out trap.

Still, it wasn't unheard of for Zeus's butchers to have a change of heart. Rare, but not unheard of.

"Fine, if you think this is worth postponing my hunt, I will speak with the Titan." Rias said, then collected her bags and exited the train car with Andrew and Nicole though a few paces behind them due to not really trusting ether of them. As they approached the group Rias positioned her self in such away that John couldn't make any move with out her noticing.

"State your business Titan." Rias said in the same distant and cold tone she'd used before. "And make it quick, I've another of Zeus's butchers to hunt down."

"Is that so, Hymir? I think underestimate the use of such an able mind in your hunt for Loki - you may be wise enough to trick the trickster, so to speak." Prometheus said, drawing a grunt of annoyance from the Viking demigod. It would take a lot more than trivia about glaciers to stop the trickster god. Still, Hymir knew it was a joke - even if it was in bad taste - and let it go. He followed the others as they left to fetch the "greeklings"

When the group reached the station, Andrew pulled Prometheus aside. Hymir took a moment to raise an eyebrow at it, but let it go. Andrew's business was his and he'd not pry into it no matter how curious. If Prometheus thought it was important, Hymir doubted it would remain a secret anyway. No matter their difference in opinion on how to deal with Loki, Hymir meant the titan no harm and thought Prometheus was the same.

In fact, Hymir was much more distracted by the two new people who both seemed to have a more animistic nature than most. "Daughters of nature gods perhaps?" he thought before dismissing the thought. Hymir knew there was one bestial demigoddess among the group but the other was a total mystery. Was she perhaps the progeny of Verathragna he'd heard about?

Lost in his thoughts, Hymir almost missed the answer. "Dark hooded girl on the train - do you see her? She's a half-God, Egyptian, mother allied with Dio, on the run. It'd be worth our time to talk to her - she might have information regarding Dionysus' allies, including Loki, as well as being worth something dead or alive...if we so choose."

Hymir was in shock by the statement. How could it be that easy to find a possible pool of information. Whatever their difference in opinion, his alliance with Prometheus was already baring fruit. Hymir watched quietly for a moment, trying to figure out what to say. His instincts told him to walk over, puck her up by the neck, and beat the information out of her, but that was more Thor's way of doing things than his. Odin would likely try to trick it out of her with some clever ruse, but again he wasn't Odin. Thinking over what his father would do, it all became obvious.

Hymir walked over to the woman with confidence. "Goddessdottir, ZeusHunter" he said looking at her, eyes wide. He didn't yet know her name so he used what he knew to make up a title. "Our business is stopping this bloody conflict the way only we can; through yet more blood. As it happens, I too am a hunter of unworthy gods. I hear you know something of our... my prey: Former ally of your mother, Loki Laufeysson. I know not who you seek, but by your own words it is some hunter of Zeus. I cannot speak for the others, but I hold no love for Zeus. If it will aid me in destroying Loki, I'll make an enemy of anyone. I seek you for your aid in killing Loki. Grant me what you can to slay the Norse trickster and I shall lend you all my power to slay anyone, even power-mad Zeus." Hymir said, his utter hate for Loki burning in his tone.

"Can we not strike a deal over all this blood that must be spilled?"

Rias eyed this large demigod. "You are a son of the northern gods I take?" she asked, gonna by his accent and how he spoke. "Firstly, calling Loki an 'ally' is a bit of a stretch. Same side does not equate to being 'allies'." Rias corrected. "Besides, he is no more a friend to me or my family, be that the mortal or divine side, then Zeus is." She said, thinking on weather or not she could trust the Norseman's words.

"As for what I seek, that is simple. In the immediate, the death of a Greek whoreson named Autolykus. He is one of Zeus's butchers, like this one claims to no longer be" motioning to John. "He made an attempt to kill me last night. The coward didn't even have the spine to try and kill me him self, used a man of Bronze in his stead." she saw no harm in telling them one of Zeus's Hunters was near. Ether they knew about him already cause they where allies, or they where truly being hunted as well, in which case it was best they know of him. "Past that, what I seek is beyond your ability to offer."

"So yes, there may yet be something we can work out" Rias said. Perhaps something could be worked out, after all, it'd be nice to have some one else to watch her back again.

Andrews former words were still at the forefront of the Titans mind as he and Nicole stepped back off the train, with Rias in tow. Prometheus quickly studied her as she paced towards him. Immediately reckoning her to possess some form of camouflage that hid her obviously feline features, he looked her over for weapons, but could see none. Catching both her question and her unnerving green eyes, he was about to 'state his business', before Hymir sorted everything out for him.

As Hymir spoke, Prometheus quickly spoke towards Andrew in a light tone. He was, however, sincere.

"I thought we were friends, Andrew? You're my friend, at least."

As the Northman and the Egyptian finished their discourse, Prometheus was quick to interject, both in defense of John and in support of their common cause.

"The past is the past - a year ago we might have killed you or your mother on sight, and you'd have done the same. Despite what skills you have, it's dangerous alone. As I'm sure you're aware. As a group we can find both Autolykos and Loki to whatever end."

Prometheus was pleased that Rias was willing to bargain. Traveling with her gave them an 'in', so to speak, with former allies of Dionysus. Not to mention an Egyptian connection.

As he finished, a familiar yet still chilling voice emerged from behind him. Twisting around, he saw Prail. Her words were extremely unhelpful.

"Nice of you to join us. I trust you kept busy over the year?"

Turning back to Rias, he was quick to reassure you.

"Our only agenda is staying alive. You're wanted, most of us are wanted; and Zeus' net will inevitably fall upon us, if we don't manage to do something."

Rias couldn't help but smirk a little when the Titan said they where wanted like she was "If you had run into ether of us a year ago, we'd have probably tried to tell you Zeus can't be trusted." She paused and pondered a second "Though if we're going to split hairs on that subject, we'd probably still be in this situation if Dio had taken over." Rias ending her comment with a shrug "Best possible outcome for that battle would have been both Zeus and Dio getting eaten, but eh ..."

"As for the foolish Greek brat that tried to kill me last night, he'll be easy to find. The Bronze Man he used knows where he might be, and went this way. He seemed willing to give that information as well, though" Rias looked a round a bit "He seems to have vanished while I was collecting my things from the hotel." she said, then lightly grumbled about losing a clawed up man of bronze.

"Fine, if you think this is worth postponing my hunt, I will speak with the Titan."

Andrew lead the way. "Good, I'm sure you won't be disappointed." As he and Nicole went ahead, the demigoddess following behind them, he thought about how it went.

She seems rather unreasonable.

She certainly didn't know how to deal with strangers politely. Regardless, she had asked to speak with the Titan, which meant that neither him nor Nicole would have to bother with her more. When they got there, the first to speak was actually Hymir, building his argument as someone aiming for revenge would. Not really something Andrew could agree to, but at least the offer was decent.

It appears that the Viking has a skill with words. I've done mine, then.

As Andrew was about to turn around and withdraw a bit from the situation, Prometheus addressed Andrew, having heard the former question of his.

"I thought we were friends, Andrew? You're my friend, at least."

Oh.

Hadn't Nicole said something similar to that, a year ago?

Why doesn't anyone let me know when that happens?

He looked at the Titan, meeting the other's eyes and nodding, smiling briefly as he did. Not sure what to say, he left it at that.

Yeah. I suppose we are.

Then he pulled a little away from the group and went to sit on a nearby bench. It wasn't that he had to do a lot of thinking, or even wanted to be alone, he simply didn't want to take part of the discussions that would surely be happening now, as not only the feline demigoddess had joined them, but also Prail had appeared, spouting what could be defined as nonsense, at least to him.

Perhaps I'd get it if I knew what she was actually talking about.

He kept his eyes and ears open, and could still hear what was being said, the gesture was simply one to show that he wasn't intending to be a part of the conversation.

At least not until something bad happens.

Andrew needed a break from talking for a while.
