I have quite a few pokemon cards, including a first edition Charizard that I can't bloody find.
Not that anyone at my age actually played the game. We just collected cards and tried to get as many rare cards as possible. Which is a shame, as the game is actually pretty decent.
Comebacks are hard, though, at least in constructed formats. Which is one of several reasons why I love drafting. I made like three big comebacks in the seven games I played in a draft last week. =3

Most Magic-games I play are decided by turn four, and over by turn 7. The exception is if you've been drafting, or you're playing against some douche with a control deck. It's possible that Yu-Gi-Oh! is faster than that though, it's four or five years since I last tried that game.Saltyk said:This is actually one of the reasons I like Yugi-Oh over Magic.Deathmageddon said:My sister and her scumbag bf were into Yu-Gi-Oh for a bit a while back, getting to dust off my massive collection and thrash them around was really fun. Magic. F-ing. Cylinder. All day, every day. She'd attack me for like 10000 or greater and I'd just flip that and win without ever having dealt damage.
Also, Magic because Magic. 13+, beaches.
Magic is fun and a great game, but I feel like it's a slower game and you can just make a cursory look at the field most of the time and know who is winning. It's very difficult to make a come back, though it can be done. Hell, I've made some game winning moves in one turn, though it took three or four to set it up.
