There's no creativity here, absolutely zero. We can't go any lower on the scale of originality to bootleg.

This is too much of a blatant rip off. They changed enough of the characters looks where copyright infringement my not be there (I might be wrong) but man is that just tasteless.

Will the doctor be just as crazy, or the Sniper have issues just as bad with his parents?

Pretty sure it's legal there. Also I'm no expert, but copies like this are probably their government wanting to keep money within their nation, so they make a copy of the game for their people to play and the money stays local.

They also don't know about the Balkans, Rwanda in 94, Darfur, etc. My guess is that if they focused too much on mass murders/genocide outside of China, they'd have to talk about the 60 000 000 000 that M-o killed during The Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution.
