The only choice that has ever caused me to pause was who to put on the dwarven throne in Dragon Age Origins. Harrowmount is a kind, gentle old man, but his way of thinking is outdated and doesn't help his people the way they NEED to be helped.
Balain (is that his name?) however has fresh ideas and does lead his people into a new golden age, but at the price of a tyrant and murderer being on the throne, something that will no doubt come back to bite the dwarves. So I never know who the better choice is.
Every other choice, from Kaiden or Ashley, to Trish or doctors, to killing your lover or the rebels, I never had a problem. A few I went back and re-did after seeing the end results, but I never hesitated. That Dragon Age Origins one though...to this day, I still have trouble deciding who should rule.
