I wonder how many unmarked side quests you didn't even discover. You should look it up. There's quite a few of them.

For instance, did you find the quest about talking Roach in Toussaint, or the sleeping Vampire in Novigrad sewers, or the man sentenced to death in Skellige and chained to a giant rock? Or the atheist in Skellige? Or the brother looking for his sister also in Skellige. There's also one where you stumble upon a place that was clearly attacked by a monster and you can investigate to see what kind of monster it was and then it will appear and attack you. But it's unmarked, there's no quest giver and no reward like for standard witcher contracts. There's also a troll in Velen somewhere that you can save from some attackers and he'll give you his delicacy as a reward - elf's head. There's also a high point in Skellige somewhere that at a certain time of the day drops a shadow to where the loot is buried in the forest somewhere below.

Crap, I can't even remember all of the hidden quests and hidden little secrets but I think most of them are in Skellige. A mere 100h isn't nearly enough to see everything that this game has to offer.
O ho ho, if you think I'm done with my current save, you are sorely motherfucking mistaken sir! There's still shittons of quests, contracts and treasure hunts to complete! First the witcher gear sets, then the upgrade diagrams, then the grandmaster diagrams... argle bwargle, there's still months of work to be done! There's a good chance I'll continue playing nothing but this game well into the autumn.

What I didn't remember to mention was the Detlaff boss fight. It felt like the vampire boss fight we didn't get in Bloodborne, and it just kept getting crazier and crazier. Oddly enough the first phase after his transformation is actually the hardest, since that bat swarm attack kept one-shotting me, even with full health through Quen. It's most fitting that the saga should end not with Geralt fighting interdimensional conquerors amidst a raging battle, or having a match of wits with Satan, but with what he's really about: fighting monsters in decrepit, abandoned places. And there are possibly no creatures more powerful in the Witcher world than higher vampires. Gaunter's a different kind, since he is a demon, or some other kind of otherworldly spirit.
