Burn Notice gets a lot better in the 2nd half of season 2 and what's been aired of season 3 so far. Campbell is in his perfect role with that one. I reckon Steven Seagal or even (wishful thinking) Sylvester Stallone would make a better dad for Baldwin's character.EspirituExterminatus said:
Chuck is great (after season 1, very slow starter), and the fact that Captain Sherridan from Babylon 5 plays his bro-in-law's dad makes it better. I'm a bit disappointed that the writers have gone for the typical "lead love interests have nothing but angst" shite, instead of doing something original and letting them have the relationship, but oh well.
Oh, side note, if anyone wants to see Nathan Dillion (sp?) don his Firefly outfit one last time, check out the halloween ep of season 2 Castle.
hey...i still kinda like heroes. they just forgot that people don't really care about the characters and only care about the cool super powers. also i really like castle. please watch it especially if you have one of those ratings boxes) so it doesn't get canceled.
OT: chuck always looked moderately interesting, but never enough for me to put any effort into watching it. i work mostly nights so i would need to DVR it or tape it or something, then find time during the day to watch it. but, maybe i will DVR an episode this week just to get a taste of it.

Chuck is a wonderful show, I think the best part is their not so subtle skewering of the retail electronics business, heh.

A fantastic show, maybe my favorite. And heroes is bad... really bad, the writers are so stupid its insulting.

OT: I'm not really into watching TV lately. I am however turned onto that new cartoon Archer on FX.
For some reason the line "I though she was a Call girl?!" "When they're dead, they're hookers!" really gave me a good feeling for the rest of the series.
Chuck is pro. It very much saddens me that it is on at the same time as house. House is like my favorite, and chuck is second.
I'm not sure about best show on television, but I do love some Chuck. I've been with it since season one and it really hasn't let me down yet.

I love Chuck! But I stopped watching Heroes after the first season. I'm not patient enough, apparently.
I like Chuck, but there's a few to many "infiltrate the party" missions. It's almost becoming Alias.
I've only watched the second series, but I love it anyway. And that was a brilliant plot twist near the end of the series concerning Orion.
