How about a D20 for the strength test? Anything under 10 and he puts out his back again. But over 10 he shows us up?

Silbarand was thrown out of the caravan by the force of the arrow and hit his head on the ground knocking him unconscious.

Em, climbed out of the window, grabbing hold of the riegns the lizards were attached too. After a lot of swerving, she managed to stop the caravan, using the dead driver as a human shield.
"Sorry buddy." She said to him, holding him upright for cover.
