The party sets off across the desert, soon, though, the spot a glowing blue object shining in the night, surrounded by stone doorways <spoiler=OOC> Think stonehenge

"Wow, possible shiny?" Em said to herself, pausing to stare at the blue glow. She looked back at their new aquaintance.
"You guys can go on ahead if you like, I wanna check this out." She said, pointing her thumb at the blue light.

 

[Nukey]

"Aye, I would like to see what this light may promise as well." Magnis said trying to put on a sophisticated tone of voice, most likely trying to make up for his lack of clothing.

 

[revolverwolf]

"But... the job. We can't just leave this guy here while we run off getting treasure." Hammond said, feeling he would be swiftly ignored.

"He has Ari and a lizard, or he can help us, whadd'ya say?" She asked the man, putting on puppy-dog eyes.

"The cute...IT BURNS!" The man exclaimed "Alright! alright! i'll do it, just turn off the pout!"

"Hooray! Onwards!" Em said happily, practically skipping towards the blue light. She stopped near the edge of the stones, checking around for any signs of danger.

All Em saw was a glowing blue stone which seemed to grow brighter as the spy and Magnis approached.

He sighed, even though he had predicted the event before it happened.

She's an idiot Hammond. Just leave her to her own devices. Get the agent to Kronus whether he likes it or not. Then get paid and forget all about these people.

He went after them, intent to at least get the agent away from the crystal before it inevitably exploded/summoned monsters/transported them to an alternate plane of existence.

As Hammond approached a blinding light surged forth from the stone, rendering the party, well...blind. as the light subsided the party found themselves within the circle of stones, the desert that should have been beyond replaced with nothing but blackness.

"Owwie..." Em rubbed her eyes until they focused. She looked around, the stone was still there.

She walked right up to it, extending her hand, but she hesitated.

"Anyone know anything about magic rocks?" She asked the others.

There was, in fact, sand beneath everyone's feet, but it seemed to end outside of the circle.

 

[revolverwolf]

"Guys! I think I've developed future sight or something. I totally predicted this would happen."

A pair of glowing red eyes appeared in the blackness within each of the stone archways and a strange chittering sound filled the air. "Touch the stone" Whispered a foreign thought in each party member's mind

Suddenly the eyes disappeared and all was quiet, An elderly man and woman appeared before Ari "Please, girl, just touch the stone, let us out, we've been in here so long..." The old woman said, a sweet smile on her face, speaking in an equally sweet voice that took on a bit of sadness as she trailed off.

"It's okay Ari, I got it!" Em said, grabbing the stone to stop the voices yelling at everyone.

The elederly couple grinned evilly, their visage suddenly turning boney, a scythe appeared in each one's hand, now that of a skeleton's, the skin disappeared from their faces alltogether, their eyes replaced with a glow, one green and the other red. "At last, we are free!" the exclaimed together "Thank you, little one, your assistance will not be forgotten" said the skeleton that had once been the old lady, they then both flew into the air, disappearing into the night sky as the illusion around the ring disappeared.

When a judge decides to they will present you with a situation, usually in the form of a complex illusion, and your reaction determines whether you recieve help, or harm. if you get a positive reaction you will be given a gold coin which you can use to summon the judge for aid
