"Come on guys. Let's find Magnis already. He'll only manage to get back inside if we leave him too long." He turned his attention back to Ari. "Do you think you can walk?"

I'm really tempted right now...

Magnis surveyed his surroundings, looking around at the falling debris and burning peasants running out of the castle.

"Why the hell don't I get flaming armor?" He thought aloud, almost tiring out his peanut sized brain.

"Very well." He allowed Ari to carry her own weight, and let his free arm fall to his side to his beam sword. It had been a while since he had felt it slice through an enemy, and he was almost getting irritable from the wait. He was a mercenary after all. Soon... Soon he would get to fight again.

It was too long. Come on... just bleeding show up already. We already wasted the nice coin on Ari, don't make us use an evil one on you.

After a few minutes of mindless wandering and stumbling around, Magnis finally reached the others, disappointed that he didn't have flaming armor.

"Hi..."

 

[Alotak]

Alo took Ari's extended hand pulling her gently into a hug.
"Hello, lovely to meet you." He said with light tones
Lifting the bag of chips on her belt, trying to remove it.

"Threats in my mind work? ...I'll have to remember that."

He walked up to Magnis, almost entirely uncaring for his emotional wellbeing right now, "You mind if we start walking away from this place now? We've spent far too long faffing around so if we can just move on..."

[sup]Faffing? What the hell does that mean? [/sup] Magnis thought placing a finger on his lip.

"Sure."

"Fantastic. Let's waste no time. It's getting dark and I'm not the sort of warrior who settles down on any random patch of dirt." He wandered down a road away from the still burning castle, hoping he would stumble upon an inn.

 

[Alotak]

"Meh, I've got nothing better to do." Alo said following Hammond into the dusk.

"You just going to wander around or are you going to actually take us to an Inn?" Lord Kronos said, heading off in a seperate direction "This way if you want to get sleep anytime soon."

Hammond mumbled something before giving in to the Lord's order and following after. At least he had the pleasure of watching the Lord outside his big castle for once and perhaps the opportunity to laugh as he failed to cope to real life. Or be disappointed as he succeeded. But whichever came he'd be well rested, so he cared little.

Kronos entered an inn and looked back at the rest of the group "I assume you'll all be wanting seperate rooms?" He queried

"Right, Em, any objections to sharing a room with Ari?" Kronos asked, already setting a large pouch on the counter

 

[Alotak]

Alo sat at the bar, and tipped the contents of Ari's pouch out onto the bar.
"What can I get for this... this... fine example of high tech microchips used in the most advanced weaponry," He improvised, "How about a room for the night and a bottle of your best spirit."

"You can get the hell out of my Inn, NO COLLATERAL!" Yelled the man at the check-in desk. "I will be providing for the rooms, just make sure the one at the bar is kept far away from the rest of us." Lord Kronos interjected

 

[Alotak]

"Now, there was no need for that kind of reaction, these are quality chips, from only the best weapons, as the Lord said put me up away from the rest of them and damn the expence!"

Lord Kronos looked back at Alo "Give him the shoddiest room you can find." He muttered to the innkeeper, too quiet to be heard by Alo
