A state misconception, rather than a country misconception but still, it really bugs me when someone goes "I don't care how "New" Mexico is, we don't sell tickets outside of the U.S.

Yes, we do have a lot of fatties in our country, but the majority of us is skinny to fluffy.

Honestly I live in New Jersey, am in college in PA, and have been to many other states and this is right. I rarely see anyone that is too fat.

Also for New Jersey:

Only NORTH Jersey sucks South Jersey is mainly farmland, although we are losing a lot of it.

Oh, I'm sure all peoples have some folks they'd rather not, but as a whole I've never heard complaining from Danes. Statistically you're the most content people on Earth, whereas Americans tend to not be even though in terms of wealth it isn't that big a difference.

Once you become Champions of Europe (like 1992) in complaining it can supplant the national sport. Good luck in South Africa.

It didn't happen to me, but unfortunately it is a real quote. It was spoken when someone was trying to get tickets for the Atlanta olympics back in 1996.
