Co-op Games

Me and my Brother were looking for co-op (PC or Xbox)splitscreen games to play together and I had an idea.

"Why don't we just check on the forums?"

So as always, I have a question to ask of your, Escapists:
What is a good co-op game that you recommend?

Before you answer however, let me tel you the co-op games we DO have:
Portal 2
Gears 3
Team Fortress 2(not really co-op)

So, can you tell us some co-op games?

Hmm off the top of my head Saint's Row 2,Splinter Cell:Conviction and Borderlands all have split screen co-op.They should all be fairly cheap now too

The previous Splinter Cell games (Pandora Tomorrow, Chaos Theory and the Ubisoft Montreal version of Double Agent) all had better co-op (and multiplayer).

Resident Evil 5 is worth renting, me and a buddy stormed through it one weekend and had a blast. Just make sure you do play it co-op, as I'm sure you've heard, the friendly AI is terrible.

- Serious Sam 1 (HD version doesn't support splitscreen option).
- Trine.
- Unreal Tournament 3 runs with splistscreen, but getting it to work is pain in the ass.

Saints Row 2 is Splitscreen? how did you get THAT working?

I didn't.I wrote the wrong game down

He's wrong. SR 2 has no split screen.

Yup my bad.Meant to write GRAW 2.Been playing through SR2 again lately so it's kind of stuck in my head

The Left 4 Dead series has yet to be mentioned. You can play that over and over and it's never the same.

The Army of Two games are split screen. I preferred the first one over 40th Day.
