There's music?

That was pretty much my thought.

The only thing I really remember about my single playthrough of MW2 was gunfire, military jargon, and the worst plot ever with yet another "Why won't he just fucking DIE!?" villian.

If there is music it's sure not memorable, like i don't know silent hill or Metal Gear Solid

gee i hated the music , couldn't turn it off ...sry when i play mw2 , i'm there to shoot to kill and the music is annoying besides it's hard to hear the asshole barking orders only to me ,not someone 2 ft from the target or weapon

Ah, Zimmer. Maybe that's why it's not memorable. Heard one of his songs, you've pretty much heard them all.

I generally detest FPS game music. Probably my favorite Game OST is either... FF6 or Chrono Trigger. Especially some of the Orchestral renditions of said music.

Ok so I got the music i needed and I was going to host in on youtube and post it here to say thankyou!

But then I thought, what video or image to put with it? Well - the airport would be a good idea so I figured the airport battle from singleplayer would do.

But then it hit me...

It had to be done.

What I've done to basically simulate mw2 on my ipod is (or get all soundtracks and play them in a single playlist):
download a youtube video> music converter
goto darkislandfilms
download everything the channel's got by Hans Zimmer and
organize them into a playlist

I think except for various victory themes for the factions, the montages under that channel got every soundtrack in the game.
