Nah, it looks kinda like candy flavoured something something, but it would easily been fixed by giving it a darker shade of red. And do me a favor. Take some pig blood or some blood of sorts and spray it on a window. Tell me how different it looks

Please don't tell me that blood effects are a "selling point" that make people go "ZOMG IT'S GORE WE HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE" thanks's to Gears that is just an annoyance, and if anyone is planning to say "This is no ordinary blood, this is Call of Duty blood and therefore is 500% more gorey and awesome than Gears of War blood or any other blood effects EVAR" frankly deserves to be slapped. A pointless screen spatter effect is nothing to get excited about, just something to get annoyed about

On topic, I don't 'hate' it, especially since the game isn't out yet. Sure, it doesn't look overly convincing but if it were any thicker you wouldn't see shit all. Besides it's no more annoying than WaW's damage screen effect.
It might be a bit obtrusive now, but with time everyone will get used to it. Besides, it's all the more incentive to not get hit.
It's not "CoD6" Because it is not the 6th Call of Duty game . I believe the original Modern Warfare ("CoD4") was the 6th (I may be wrong). I hate it when games are named in this fashion...it's only slightly less annoying than the "Make a sequel and give it the exact same name as an earlier game in the series" method.
I have a sudden urge to have a strawberry jam sandwich. While the blood does look a little juicy, but I think I'll be able to live with it.
