College vandals

I was awoken about two hours ago by a chatter outside, Opening my eyes I saw projectiles flying across my room. A few fellows had thrown a couple of apples through my window, which in retrospect should have been left shut. Naturally I was annoyed and went out to see if I could find them, the student village is pretty small. I found them easily enough and followed them back to their dorm. Knocking on their door someone threw a few water balloons from overhead, which missed fortunately enough. I realise it's just a couple of drunken morons having their own version of fun but I'm not sure whether it's worthwhile to report them to campus security or confront them again about the incident further. Perhaps its best to leave it be and forget about it. Any advice would be great, cheers.

If it where me I would probably do a return prank that amazed them butttt campus security is the sensible solution. Its not fun though.

I really wish I could just leave it at that and not get a warning.

Anyway, yeah making it known to the RAs or campus security is probably the way to go. Personally I wouldn't have the guts to confront a bunch of drunks who are already far gone enough to chuck shit through my window. It probably won't change anything unless there's a repeat offense though.

or just file a complaint. also, if you should ever be walking by their dorm and hear loud music, ect, ect. file every complaint you can, every time you can. noise complaints, behavior, ect. make their lives hell.
