Come up with a game that for you, would be pure, tangible, fun.

For me it would be a 3rd person fighting game with over 30,000 weapons, where you just keep going lower into a dungeon, mowing down wave after wave of increasingly strange and powerful enemies with a bunch of attacks and aerial manuevers resulting in a gory display from their arteries. And multiplayer wouldn't be filled with 60% jerks. Well, post yours.

Superman game with realistic physics and the freedom to do absolutely anything. Oh, the beautiful mayhem...

Action adventure in a setting kind of like Rifts. Fight robots with a laser mining tool re purposed as a weapon one moment, then enter a desert tomb filled with zombies armed with a dusty assault rifle the next. I want options dammit!

Some kind of action-RPG that downloads a new short dungeon or quest regularly, so that when you finish the main story you don't have to wait months/years for a sequel or expansion (or at least gives you something to do in the meantime). I remember a puzzle game for the DS advertised something similar...

Another example was the quest you could download for Mass Effect; something about an asteroid that was going to collide with a planet. I watched a friend do it and it only took a few hours; still, it was fun, fresh, and a good addition to the game. It gave the impression that the universe was still happening even after Shepard was done.

God of War totally did that shit, and it did it on crystal meth too.
I'm assuming you mean a populus style game though?

World of Warcraft without the retards and without the retards who hate it but have no other motivation then just being dicks, wow actually that would only leave me and about 10 people playing on my server.

I've already described this but...

An Uncharted/Prince of Persia style 3rd Person Action-Adventure based off of Hollow Earth Fiction where you fight Nazi's, Dinosaurs, Feral Ape Men, Ancient Atlantians and Dieselpunk Robots.

You'd need to navigate the hostile skull-island style terrain full of pits, traps and man eating plants. There would be lots of swinging from vines and dashing along collapsing platforms.

You'd engage in high speed car chases through the jungles, including one where you need to outrun a T-Rex ala Jurassic Park.

There would also be a decent fist fighting system like the one in The Bourne Conspiracy. Also there would be at least one Sword Fight on top of a Plane or Zepplin.

You've almost described The Time Splitters Series you realize.

An extremely detailed rts spanning from the dawn of a chosen faction's species to the point that they rule the entire universe. There would also be a custom faction option that would go into in depth editors, much like spore without all the broken promises. Everything can be defined and controlled making it challenging to hold everything together at some points but very rewarding when you do...sort of like civilization on a special blend of heroin, crack, and steroids. There's just something about total conquest that appeals to me; especially when the shit can blow up in your face if you screw up too badly. The only drawback is depending on how serious you are about finishing it the thing would probably take hundreds of hours to complete...at least it would be better than the average time of games now.

Or maybe Civilization: Crime Edition where you control a worldwide criminal empire.

A game where you can choose an already existing superpower(flight, super speed, etc)or make up your own power(bending cutlery with your mind, shooting bullets out of your mouth, etc) then have unlimited use of that power and a huge city to run around and do whatever you want in. You could blow up buildings and if you came back later they could have been rebuilt or are in the process of rebuilding. Once you finished a certain amount of missions in one city or country you could move on to the next country or city but you could still go back to the older levels as well. I just realised I described GTA with superpowers. So basically I just described crackdown but with more superpowers.

GTA with more customisation, set in a larger, fantasy setting, a lot more options in terms of ways to achieve your objectives, super powers and complete freedom to do what ever the hell you want.
Also, a lot of realism, as in it's basically a real world that you get to mess around with.

Oh, I have another, you have this giant city with like 3 million people, and you have to kill them all, it starts easy at first, steal some guns, and just mow people down, but then there's less people, and they form factions to take you down, then finally, you just have one person left, your radar tells you where they are, and you try to keep finding them, you might even bomb the city, but this is the final person, they will be the hardest, and toughest.
