Aside from Lucasarts/Lucasarts exile puzzle games, no. Never. Most 'entendres' or 'puns' are self-congratulatory 'MY COCK IF HUEG' jokes, and jokes generally involve ridiculously over-the-top violence. Madworld, honestly, has a few good stuff, but not much else makes me laugh in games.

Psychonauts and Portal are the two funniest games I've ever played. Like tears rolling down my face funny.
Quite true.

Agree with the Prince of Persia's up there ^

But the game that makes me laugh the hardest is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune (which, probably makes sense, Nathan Drake's voice actor is the very same as the new Prince of Persia.)

I love this part:

"Just.. be careful."
"I always am!" *Walks into the frame of a doorway* "AW, I did NOT see that!"
Hm...that's intersting. You said Drake has the same voice actor as the Prince? Because I'm fairly sure that's a shout-out to Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. "Stay on your guard." "I always am."

The first time Minsc talked in battle in Baldur's Gate, I fell down laughing.

"Go for the eyes, Boo! GO FOR THE EYES!!!!"

Mass Effect: Because it's so lacking in humour! It's one of the most po-faced games ever and hardly ever drops it's mask of serious sci fi. except maybe the dancing.

Disgaea, Persona 4.

I'd hit it.
Oh, the joy of having played a game so you actually realize the reference! I wholeheartedly agree, Persona 4 is noticeable by its ton of humorous content. I'd also like to point out that, oddly enough, 4 has a whole lot more of humor and lightheartedness than 3, even thought it's story is in overall more mature.

Anyway, I'm surprised that GOD HAND wasn't mentioned, which sort of proves that it is a unfairly underrated game. Aside from being a (arguably innovative) beat'em up with an excuse plot, GOD HAND can't stays two seconds without making me at least giggle, what with the enemies spouting nonsense taken from one of Mike Tyson's speeches, and a glaring Power Rangers parody in the form of ugly as sin midgets.

The Republic of Dave in Fallout 3. The whole thing is so absurd and hilarious.

Also, I liked how you could say

"I can't go anywhere without bumping into you assholes!"

when you find the Brotherhood of Steel scholars at Arlington Library.

Leisure Suit Larry was pretty hilarious. I wish I could find those discs and play that game again...

madworld. John DiMaggio is easily the greatest choice for an announcer. When the credits roll in the form of passing billboards, hes just randomly making fun of all of them and their jobs. Its fucking hilarious.

Portal and Serious Sam (2) for actually being funny. And then there are dozens of console shooters that are so crappy that you don't know if you're gonna laugh or cry.

Ah, the dancing was funny. There were a few funny lines too.

-"Don't piss in my ear and tell me it's raining."
-"Well, there was this one time the Turians released a plague on my people, dooming them to extinction. That was fun."
-"Krogan testicles can run as high as $10,000 apiece. That's $40,000 for a full set."
