Oh man that part is so funny if I can remember its like "Wednesday we have the sacrifice the chickens. Thursday we bathe in said blood. Friday is poker night of course."

Half Life Ep 1 made me laugh when Alyx pretended to be a zombie behind you, and then got embarassed when Gordon fails to laugh at her Zombine description.

This was very, very funny.

Also (as already said) so many parts of Portal were hilarious.

Earthbound and Mother 3...both consistently funny.

Psychonauts? Funny.

Okage: Shadow King...got a few laughs.

Gears of War 2,
It's like they MADE the game with mockery in mind.

But seriously folks...

Shadow Hearts 2 is painfully hilarious, as is Persona 4, both of those really had me in stitches the entire time.

No More Heroes is also wickedly funny,

Lastly take your pick on the Paper Mario Titles, they all have really sharp comedy.

Gears Of War (both), For pure cliched, tounge-in-cheek machoism that is amazingly funny

Serious Sam made me laugh due to the ridiculousness of the entire game

Warcraft 3, ever click on the units several times and wait for there really cool speech to start? If not you haven't even lived

Team Fortress 2 always makes me laugh

Prince of Persia 3, Dark Prince was funny.

If you leave the controller for a minute, he starts getting really frustrated and pissy with you and yelling at you 'COME ON!! STOP STANDING AROUND!!'

The internet in GTA4 is full of gems, the myspace parody made my missus laugh out loud...

Brucie's email where he says 'I fucked more models than bulimia' is also very funny.

Disgaea1 and 2, just play it, you'll understand (my favorite jokes = the runnning "Mid-Boss" joke in D1 and the Joke about "you ate my pudding" in D2 I won't ruin, but if you play them you'll see)
