Have you ever been reading a forum/imageboard/comment page and come across a post that made you stop and say "Wha-?", and no matter how many times you re-read you still cannot understand what they were saying? This thread is for discussing those comments.

I'll start:
"The iPad is kinda like flaming goat shit rolling up hell.. fun to think about, but it's just not going to happen...."

Most of the time, if I ever have a reaction like that to a post, it's because someone's translator makes a bunch of mistakes, and just uses so many wrong words it makes things sound completely different than what they meant. I'll edit this post later if I think of any good examples.

I guess that says it all.

Or any comment where people stretch out internet acronyms. "Loooooool"... "laugh out out out out out out out loud"?
That doesn't make sense!

I personally don't get many comments on the internet! None of them make sense!

Ah... in the Gamesradar comments, there's this guy called 'xboxrulez', who is a troll. Purposefully misspells words exactly the same way, and of course pretends (at least I hope) to be the utterly worst kind of fanboy out there... someone even made a thread about how irritating he was... take for instance this.. "@ !ace!, broother. yous must ask you'reself
"can may always speek troth, no lays, always support m$ and stand for justice?" also, rationality and thinking cap MUST be left at the door (must unlern english laungage too)x"

well if you persist you'll find in the lounge room underneath the fine venetian carpet is a trap door with a fold out staircase. This staircase leads down about 8 meters to a shaft. following this for another 20 meters the shaft will slowly open up into the catacombs. once inside light one of the torches and continue on for 2 miles, then take a sharp left and you'll see that the previously obsidian stone walls are now an orange limestone. After venturing for another 3 miles you'll reach an illuminated ladder made of fine jade, beware of the scarlet snake, and make sure your wearing your amethyst ring to ward off the Erdomu spirit-ancestors. Upon reaching the top of the ladder you'll have arrived at the Golden Alter of the Monkey King. removing the emerald eyes from the serpent statue on the right will open the center gates leading to the final obelisk. once there use the mirror attached to the magic totem to reflect a beam of light into the heart stone of the "God Form" this will release the "Purple Goblin Dragon" from the "Serpent Temple" which in turn will kick start the powers of the 4 Wind Goddesses. Then on the 9th month of the 3rd season a white rose will grow from an apple tree upon plucking this sacred flower the owner will be blessed with the gits of life. And that's how babies are made.

An interesting aspect of human culture extraterrestrials may want to explore is the commonplace occurrence of chastising society's past ideological demons by turning historical portrayals of them into music videos. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6HY5DbP8xE]

When reading comments and the like, I don't stray far from the Escapist.

Oh dear lord you wrote that comment, didn't you!
Youtube likes you! You should be proud ;--)

With that said, that is actually quite an interesting observation and the latest Lady Gagy music video is another example of such although not as directly.
