Committing Suicide: Could you do it?

Overcoming your instincts is hard. Especially your survival instincts. Damn near impossible for anyone of a healthy mental condition.

Even if I wanted to commit suicide, I don't think I could.


On the topic of zombies:
I'm waiting till they starve or I'm going down fighting.

Not before the zombies were inside. As much as the apocalypse (zombie or otherwise) would suck, I'd love to live during the aftermath. If I'm sure I am going to die, I'd prefer a bullet over being ripped apart though

I'd fight for survival but if I had no other option I'd rather take a quick bullet to the head than be eaten alive. Easier said than done though I guess.

Not a hope - I'd hold out as long as I could even if it meant opening the door and trying to fight my way through the zombies. I'd let them tear me apart as I know the pain would end long before I'd take the life that I was gifted with.

assuming the clips are full I,ll wait it out unless I get bitten/come in danger of dying from dehydration/starvation if that happens I,ll probaly shoot myself

I would never commit suicide I find it an act of selfishness and weakness (unless done to save someones life).

Only wimps commit suicide, or use guns. I would take the gun and start beating the zombies with it until I can no longer stand. That is how a man dies.

I've attempted suicide for lesser reasons (and still consider it), so yes, I could do it.

Well logically speaking, real zombies wouldn't last very long. They would probably just fall apart by moving. That's another reason why the whole "fast-zombie" thing doesn't make much sense to me. As soon as they started running their legs would probably snap. I don't even understand how a zombie would move in the first place. I mean, I can't even walk if my legs fall asleep. Zombies would probably be like that constantly all over their decomposing bodies. Technically they wouldn't be able to move on their own. Hmm, maybe this is why my friends call me a killjoy when they run their zombie apocalypse ideas past me. Anyway, I probably wouldn't see a need to take my own life.
