I'm thinking... probably most of the people who would/do like WoW have played it already, so I'm betting there's a good chunk of newbies who don't stick around any more. That and when I was on the Cata beta, the game just didn't feel the same any more.

Also thinking about, erm, work. Wondering if I've finally got some code that will bleedin' work.

I'm wondering what the Steam christmas sale will be, and if I should buy games now, or save up for it later.
The only game I want from this Haloween thingy is Amnesia.
Also, I've been thinking lately about a handheld console that looks like the old Xbox controller, but instead of the Xbox jewel, it's got a round touchscreen. If I ever get better at hardware, I'm gonna make something similar.
Also, it should have an HDMI out for those times when you want to sit on your couch and play on your TV.
Could this be done using AMD's Bulldozer CPUs? I hope so.
That's about all I am thinking of now.

Quite happy and quite pissed. A desktop computer I built for myself for gaming works fine after having replaced a blown power supply, only to now have no sound (so now I can't game with maximum experience). Looking into it.
Happy though because, I got my license, I'm doing well in school, I got gaming headphones (mainly for the PC, but y'know) that work with my Xbox (Turtlebeach X12, if you're interested) and today bought Battlefield 3 Limited Edition for $15 less than what the standard edition costs (first time trying a BF game, and I love it).
I also found a course that I can take in German for next year that's relatively cheap.

EDIT - But now my internet has capped, so it's slow.

Hey started this post yesterday and I am doing well. for the first time in ages I did nothing in work (everyone was gone) am home now having a quiet drink in preparation for tomorrow night. Chilled and relaxed. Right now I am wondering if they will make a fades season 2.

For all of you who have not seen the fades (BBC 3 mini series) watch it, it is brilliant. Also on that vein watch being human (BBC again) and misfits (series 3 starts tonight) all very very brilliant shows that have never made it across the pond in big terms. Have a look and see what you think.

I'm watching a crappy 80's movie on livestream, and currently this is more important than going to sleep & working towards my degree. I guess ultimately I wouldn't mind programming, it's pretty cool. And evolution is really weird in terms of proteins; I bet if I had a few billion years I could do a better job.

You, being composed of proteins, could do a better job at compiling proteins than proteins could?

Touche..but yes. Evolution tends to find the most efficient configuration out of the proteins it has, but doesn't have much room for radical change that would improve the system (like C3/C4 photosythesis). Also protein signalling pathways are an absolute mess, it wouldn't be hard.
