The only problem I have is that - yet again - they included co-op, but only online. Stupid stupid stupid. Other than that, the game looks pretty sweet.

I'm currently on the fence about Call of Duty 5, I don't mind games taking place in the Second World War, despite it being the most overused setting in history, so it could be good.

Then again Treyarch is making it and thanks to them Call of Duty 3 was about as entertaining as staring at a wall for 10 hours straight while occasionally hearing someone randomly shouting in German.

I will state here what I have been saying for months - if theres no Australians in it I'll be insulted.
Was Australia still heavily engaged with the Japanese by 1945? I don't know a lot about the Pacific Theatre but I thought Australia's greatest participation was earlier in the war... I could very well be wrong, and the Aussies may be included, but my cynical nature would say 'don't get your hopes up'.
Australia fought with Japan. The Japanese actually bombed Darwin and sent submarines into Sydney. We did fight the Japanese, we didn't have as much troops as the USA but we did fight. I recommend looking up the Movie "Kokoda", if you want to know more about Australia's involvement in WW2.

As for the game, well you have to understand that Activision only gave Treyarch 3 months to make CoD3. They have two years this time. I think they could make a good game.

But like Indigo, I'll be pissed off if they decide to exclude Australia from the War effort.

From the looks of it the graphics are worse and pretty much everything else as well.

I'm in quite a fortunate situation. It is released on November 14[sup]th[/sup], half a week after my birthday. That gives me time to read the reviews, while still having some dosh in my fist.
