I freaking loved FF XIII and HATED IX X and XII. *never played VII or VIII*

Cannot stand FPS's... ALL/MOST OF THEM! (with the only two exceptions of Goldeneye-N64 version and Portal)

LOVED THE SAILING IN WIND WAKER!

Other M was... okay...

Will Smith is a terrible actor. *hides*

I like Anette Olzon as a singer. *ducks* Goddamit, Tarja was fired in 2005. LET IT GO!

I listen to 80:s pop music at some times. Yeah....
That is not a confession. That is a sign that you are awesome. I bloody love 80s pop. Especially Duran Duran. I take some serious beatings for that.

OT: I thought FFVIII was absolutely magic.
I have never finished Resident Evil 4 because I shit bricks every time these bad boys [http://residentevil.wikia.com/Regenerator] appear.
I will always love my battered, temperamental, piece of crap C64 more than my 360.

I kind of liked the resource mining in Mass Effect 2. I don't know what's wrong with me.

I confess-

- I love 80s retro. I'm sorry, I just do.
- I love The Sims 2.
- I don't see the attraction of the Fallout series at all.
- I actually found GTAIV to be really offensive- much more so that previous GTAs.
- I think lolcats are cute.
- I jump at every leap-out scare in films like Alien, but I can't take Predators seriously because I find them really cute. Like... fluffy kitten cute...
- I love Final Fantasy but am less bothered about other JRPGs.

I think RDR is boring for the most part and I dislike the save system.

I prefer CD loading times to cartridge loading time.

While a new cartridge will load instantly, older cartridges often result in much longer loading times as you find the right combination of cartridge placement and chip blowing that works.

I think that today's game market for fps's suck.
I hope that fast-face fps's will come back in style(like quake 3, original unreal tournament etc)
Personally I hate 'realistic' and 'modern' shooter's, there slow and require little skill imo, you kill people in 1-2 bullets >.>
I believe Serious Sam and their HD components are the best games ever made.
I miss retro fps's so much and want the current market to die :<.
I miss games that weren't afraid to be games. I remember having an ohoh moment when Monolith started talking up realistic weapon placement back when they were doing Shogo & Blood 2. I got no problem with games doing the realistic thing, so long as plenty of devs keep their head in the clouds and craft games that are unabashadedly unrealistic and fun.

- Indiana Jones 4 was fine. I really don't see the big deal there
- I don't hate 3D Sonic games near as much as everyone else seems to. I'm not going to hand out awards to any of them (Except Colors, and maybe the first Sonic Adventure) but the only one I'd chuck in a fire is Sonic 06.
- What the hell is so great about zombies? I don't hate them or anything, but what the hell did they do to get this popular?
- Biggest one for last, I'm perfectly fine with the Transformers movies. Though I admit I never gave a rats ass about the franchise as a kid, and for the most part I still don't.

I consider the Digimon franchise not only leagues ahead of Pokemon, but also one of the best fictional universes ever created.
Amen to that. I loved Digimon when I was younger, and rewatching the episodes lately they hold up amazingly well. Still get shivers when I watch the Omnimon scene in Digimon the movie. Started watching Tamers too, found the children unbelievably annoying at the start, but its grown on me.

O.T Im not sure this counts, but Blue Dragon is my favourite JRPG of the (admittedly limited) ones i've played. Such a fun levelling system, coupled with the absence of bloody random battles meaning I could explore without it being a chore.

I dont get what all the hate to Indy 4 is(by no means a great movie, but its fine)

I love Battlefield Earth (the book) by L. Ron Hubbard. Yes, inspite of all the 1000 year old Jet Fighter nonsense

Bioshock was sorta meh.

I had an unironic blast with Stubbs the zombie: rebel without a pulse and Destroy all humans, even though I generally HATE smug, pseudo-50's settings (coughcoughbioshockandthemilkmanconspiracycoughcough).

I like Lady Gaga and Nickelback, and I can definitely stand techno and eminem.

Same goes for doctor who, which I honestly think sounds like "bland british man + deus ex machina(sonic screwdriver or whatever they're calling it that day)"

I dislike people who say that Star Trek is more 'realistic' than Star Wars (so you replace 'energy crystals' with tachyon-inverters...yeah...realistic.)

I dislike people who can't see things from other people's point of view and especially ones who claim that "WESTERN STUFF IS SUPERIOR FOR ALWAYS AND FOREVER BECAUSE IT'S MORE REALISTIC AND MANLY LOLOLOL!" and conversely, people who can not shut their yaps about Asian stuff because it's "SUPERAWESOMESPECIAL AND SPEAKS TO ME AS A PERSON IT REALLY GETS ME AND IT'S SYMBOLIC AND DEEP MAN!". But mostly the first, as they are often obnoxious about it and act like real hypocrites by saying that fallout/the witcher/star trek is more realistic and manly and thus worth more than anything else. Those are the people that jerk off to conan and claim that "GRAY AND BROWN = REALISM!!!!!". You want a manly manga? Go read berserk, now STFU. Why yes, I've needed to vent for a long time, why do you ask? Yes, I have issues with weeaboos too, but I get some counter-weight to them pretty much every time there's an anime con over here and they prove to be generally sweet, if a bit creepy people.

I despise death metal, black metal, doom metal, grindcore, metalcore, noisecore, what have you.

I quite dislike Hemingway and think he gets waaay too much credit for wayy too shitty work.

I was bored of The Great Gatsby by page 10.

I dislike the contemporary trend of things that are "awesome" are promoted and always have to do with sharks/dinosaurs/rocket launchers/fire/death stars/whatever.

I'm not very fond of poetry.

I hate faux-misantrhopic/nihilistic attitudes and/or people "losing faith in humanity".

I hate a looot of cliches, but recognize that some cliches stem from reality and/or are necessary to construct a good plot.

I loathe movies and tv shows with a few exceptions.

I think Unreal Tournament 2004 was a better multiplayer online shooter than TF2 or MW2..

I quite enjoy the Halo franchise.

I think the metroid games are overrated.

Same for zelda, with the exception of OOT

And castlevania

I unashamedly looove pretty much any mario game to come out except for SMB3 and the sports games

I think Dead Or Alive 4 (and the other games in the series for that matter, disregarding the volleyball games) is a pretty good fighting game.

I was severely disappointed with Blazblue.

I think SSB, SSBM and SSBB are the greatest nintendo games of all time. Of all time! *does best kanye west impression*.

I don't give a flying fuck about celebrities or actors or whatever.

As a writer, I loathe the typical Mary-Sue and think that writing everywhere has too much of them - games, tv shows, movies(jesus christ, do they have mary sues.), books and plays.

I think spiderman is a hundred times cooler than motherfucking batman.
I agree with all of these points. Especially the UT 2k4 being "better" than TF2/MW. If I knew where my discs were, I'd still play it. Or UT3.
