Remember that anybody you're talking to is essentially the same bag of bones that you are and aren't some kind of super intimidating pantheon of gods. I realized that when I had trouble speaking to somebody, it's because I assumed that unlike the rest of the people who I could talk to normally, they were super judgmental, flawless, that they probably thought themselves as better than me and that I was nothing to them. They probably will think that of you if you treat them like a precious vase, just go up and have a chat, nothing more nothing less.
