They're just citizens of a country where an epidemic is happening. Anyone can be a carrier.
If I was in charge of a country or the EU, I would ban all travel to and from Congo until the situation is contained.
Better safe than sorry, that's how I live my life and this approach has saved me on numerous occasions.
I'm not that concerned about refugees in general. I'm more concerned how the people in power in the EU are being charitable morons and bringing in millions of people from socially backwards areas to Europe without a real plan about what to do afterwards and how it will affect the countries and the citizens.
The political elites are the ones I've got a problem with. Most of them are old and will be rotting in their graves by the time the real consequences of this will be visible so they don't care.
The refugees are just like any other group of people - some are decent, most are idiots and assholes.
