and if it was unlimited you had done everything except conquering the world.

mine idea is. and i will start with a country without land
1first build a large army and get some tanks
2i go and get all power plants
3than i get all the resources
4than i cut all electricity of the enemy down dawn
5than i shall try to get all the nuke silos
and than i can take the world because the enemy hasn't got many nukes to throw to mine country
and than i will be crowned as the emperor of the world

Then I'd place the device in every home disguised as a holographic tv (Which my scientists also constructed during brakes. They ARE the elite). I'd then pass on the practical leading to all the usual fools, reserving me the right to step in when I see fit.

- Make sure ducks associate cabbage with nicotine

- Ducks eat all cabbage
- Buy all cabbage fields for a low, low price
- Control world's supply of cabbage
- Repeat for all other agricultural products
- Control world's food supply
- Threaten to cut off food supply unless you are crowned king of the world

Firs, if there were an unlimited amount of money, it wouldn't be worth anything, so the best course of action would be to drown the world in your unlimited amount of money. Make sure you're not on the planet being drowned unless you're not planning on ruling it, there wouldn't be much left to rule over anyway, since you drowned everyone.

1) Employ a bunch of scientists to start working on disease cures- get a huge team working for a decade or 2 until you actually cure something or find a palliative.
2) Build a bunker or 3 in various locales to retreat to-design them to be self contained for 5 years if needed. Stockpile all sorts of data, power generators, seed crops and everything else you'd need to start anew.
3) After attaining a certain degree of credibility I'd get the smartest of my workers to work on virus fusing until we mix a rhinovirus and a retrovirus (i.e. a cold and hiv) as well as a counter/cure for the disease and have a team simultaneously release it around the world as vectors. If the disease had an incubation of several months the world could be infected before anyone saw symptoms. Have them do some business to make the trips seem legit then have them return to the bunker and get inoculated. Release a # of other viruses simultaneously to hit the world and cause lethal pandemics.
4) Wait a few years till the diseases have taken their toll- if the Earth's population is low enough the stockpiles of equipment and your team should be able to control a nice sizable area of land if not eventually gain world domination. Bonus points for organizing cells around the world.

You should read the book "Rainbow Six" by Tom Clancey. The bad guys try something very close to this. It didn't work. Maybe you could learn from their mistakes.

Anyway, If I had unlimited money, I would just buy the world. I mean, everybody has a price, and with enough people in your pocket, you would become the defacto ruler.

With our agents in place, my organisation then hires an assassin or assassins to covertly assassinate all the leaders of the governments we now have influence in. It will be made to look like a coordinated terrorist plot to wipe out the world leaders.

The agents then proceed to take charge. Using the money the organisation has stockpiled and the influence their position has brought them, they prove that they have the means and the capability to fight this terrorist threat. In doing so, they become the leaders of their respective countries. Once they are all in positions of absolute power, the countries run by my agents then unite to coordinate the fight against the terrorists.

And so, my organisation ends up in control of the world. It's an extremely long-term plan, but it involves the minimum of bloodshed and gains the maximum amount of power.
