Console Exclusives that you wished was ported to the PC

So, first, I apologize if the kind of topic have been discussed in other threads (which I'm very sure about). But as time goes by, more and more new console exclusives are out today.

I'll start with :

1. Demon Souls
2. Dark Souls

The two main reasons I'm saving up for a PS3

So, what exclusives do you want ported to your rig?

Any awesome old game that had terrible load times on their respective consoles. Compare the PC load time for Morrowind to the original Xbox. Its hilarious.

Basically I want a PS3 but I don't. Wouldn't mind Skate 3 either.

But the PC exclusives I'd want on a console massively outweigh that.

Played Read Dead and Halo already, I would love a PC port though. Played a bit of Uncharted, didnt like it, but its SOOOO AMAAAZZZZING! according to all the PS3 players out there, so eh. Probably just them clinging to one of the last exclusive franchises they have though.

Last exclusive? Aren't you mistaking that feeling with the 360 which has very few exclusives left. Ps3 just keeps getting more.

I'm a console gamer. I don't want any games ported to the PC.

What I DO want is for games to be properly DEVELOPED for the PC in the first place, where developers and publishers treat it as a viable platform, rather than just a console game-making tool.

If you're talking existing games, then all of them. EQUALITY!!

Last gen, in the PS2 and xbox times, exclusives were a big deal. Both consoles had a wealth of good and not so good exclusives. That carried over into the next gen, but dropped off.

Outside of Uncharted, how many big exclusives does the PS3 have? Another 2, 3, maybe five if we are being generous? And xbox, outside of Gears and Halo? About the same, maybe one or two less?

Exclusives are no longer a big deal. They are non existent compared to last gen. There are so little for both Playstation and xbox, that anyone bragging their console has the better exclusives is just desperately clinging to whatever they can find because their mom only wants to buy them one for Christmas. The only console that really has any number of exclusives worth bragging about is - you guessed it - the Wii.

Demon Souls, The Last of Us, God of War, InFamous, Killzone, Journey, The Last Guardian, LittleBigPlanet, MLB The Show (which is considered better then the other baseball franchises), Motorstorm, PixelJunk Games, Resistance, Socom, Twisted Metal, Yazuka, Sly Cooper, Starhawk, FFv13, Gran Turismo 5, 3D Dot Game heroes, Dust 514, Motorstorm, WKC, Heavy Rain and the list goes on...

So... what about how many exclusives?

So, thats 4 worth giving a shit about, just like I said.

Once you start listing games like Sly Cooper, Motorstorm and 3D Dot Game Heroes (wtf) you
know there arent many exclusives out there.

Really? Wow this isn't even a problem of opinions here, you're stating this as fucking fact.

2. Gears of War 2 & 3 (I liked Gears 1, so sue me)
3. Baynonetta (dat ass! )
4. God of War series (awesome fun)
5. Final Fantasy games (the MMOs don't count, I know 7&8 were ported, but 8 sucked balls)
6. Zelda games (I only got to play the NES/SNES/GBA ones)

Off the top of my head : Dark souls, Demon souls and Red Dead redemption are the ones I really wish were on the PC. Uncharted, The Last Guardian (I really have no idea why I want this game), Shadow of the Colossus, Alan Wake, Folklore, Okami, Gears of War and I?m sure I could come up with more if I really thought about it.
Using a console is inconvenient for me and I have plenty of games on PC that I want but can?t afford/don?t have time to play so it would be pretty pointless for me to get a console.
