Culture Gelfied Suit.

It is power armor only in the barest sense, an intelligent semi-solid 'second skin' a few millimeters across. The gelfield suit is invisible and melds into the skin so that you can't visually tell if someone is wearing it. The suit is fully sentient and can fight and make all decisions on it's own. It's basically a drone that you wear, so that the organics inside do not die instantly and don't be too much of a burden in actual culture drone vs equiv tech drone combat. The suits can swim inside the magma chamber of a volcano undamaged, and have their own personal effector, in-built weaponry, fields and AG unit.

Actually, Master Chief's suit (the second response) weighs 450 kilos.

Sci-fi: Ur-Didact. Sure, it's hyper-advanced and can force choke, but what sells me is its intimidation factor and floating parts.

OT: Skyrim's got a lot of good armors, one of which is the Ebony Mail that you get from the Boethiah daedric quest.

The Nordic armor you can get from Solstheim is pretty sexy, too. As well as the special Stahlrim light armor, Deathbrand.

I always like the look of Viking style armor myself. Nice solid chest-plate, some chain mail, and a sturdy helmet (goggles optional, horns not allowed.) As for fiction, most of the stuff from Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere is pretty cool. Especially the magi-tech style of it.

Afraid not dude, at least as far as I know. The armour's biological-ish, I think, but Samus has skin under that suit. The Fusion suit's just (as far as I know) a takeoff of her original armour that's been altered by the whole Metroid DNA thing.

I find that Dark souls has the coolest armour.

Heck Dark souls 2 isn't even out yet and I'm amazed with the new armour set.

I prefered the Demon's Souls armor sets. Seemed a bit cleaner than Dark Souls.

My favorites were:

- Dark Silver armor for badassery

- Fluted armor for awesome yet practical.

Now then, I could go on, as I personally think that practically every single armor set in Skyrim is badass, but I digress... Aside of those, we have all the usual suspects: N7, Space Marine power armor (something I thought to be goofy-looking until I played the Space Marine hack-n'-slash game by THQ and realized how ridiculously badass it looked in action), the Mjölnir power armor, the Crysis nanosuit, the high-tier RIGs in the dead Space series, et cetera; but I refrain from posting any more pics as people have already done (or will) do so anyways.
