Pretty stupid, especially since he turned the disk over and the reflection of his face was shown, so he could easily be found by FBI if Activision felt like pursuing it. I don't understand why there was an activation code (DLC?), but it's pointless for them to have stolen it when Xbox Live has all of their user information and will turn them over as soon as they activate it. -_-

I know the CoD fanboys cant wait for this to come to retail but stealing a pre-release copy from an expo strikes me as a bit too desperate.

There probably stupid enough to think that they wont get caught for this. Shame that the manual is all black and white, and if that code is what I think it is then i'm gonna never buy MW3. This video pretty much sums up the "bad" side of CoD fans.

Fucking MORON! It would have been bad enough to pop the game in while you're signed into Xbox Live but he left his twitter info in the upper-left and, you can make out a face when he looks at the disc! I'm placing my bid that he'll be busted before Tuesday.

But what I think will happen is he'll stay off XBOX LIVE pop in the disc and start inviting people to join his MW3 Party, then word will spread, because people talk and somehow it'll go right back to him.
The golden rule about theft is when you do it, you don't tell anyone, you don't brag to anyone, and you don't TELL ANYONE! Take pride in yourself and personal satisfaction you commited the act but, now and days everyone wants to jump up on a box and scream out, "LOOK WHAT I DID," and that is how thieves get caught.

Well, the obvious (and probably already done) thing is to disable that particular activation code, or use it to kill his Xbox when he tries to activate it, either before or after launch.
The code itself is mostly visible, and codes generally contain a few common letters (esp. at the start), so... tough luck, thief.
