I dont know if he was corrupt. All I can say is that his comments were out of line. But, the video does not show what The Pro was banning the guy for so I think he may have deserved it.

I havent seen the video (Youtube Blocked at work), But from what i can see from community posts, it has been edited heavily. Anyone that cries abuse but doesnt show the full story should have his case thrown out.

I really don't see how his comments were out of line, saying stuff like break the TOS and you'll be banned, yea that's kind of how it works...
I'm sure people were threatening him and being like yea you try to ban us we'll just report your ass to Microsoft, that's why hes saying things like go ahead and do it for all I care.
Personally, I think its in bad taste for a Microsoft mod to be playing in public matches with his actual tag, I think they should just have a common user name for personal use and an official tag for official business. Then if they honestly felt the urge to ban someone they could easily log onto their official tag and ban the person and the person banned would honestly not know who exactly banned them and it would prevent circuses like this.

I would totally agree with the guy who posted the video except for one thing: the fact that the audio and video does not sync up brings into question whether or not we are hearing the full transaction of the circumstances. Mr. Toulouse (second link) has a damn good reason to be suspicious, especially because this guy has heard and seen everything that people have done to take advantage of the XBL service.

It's not hard to edit a video's audio and unless there is clear evidence it hasn't, it is more reliable that, if a person has a clear agenda (in this case getting "The Pro" reassigned or fired), it has been tampered with to show the biast.

It's also interesting how the only other videos that person has on Youtube are tutorials about how to hack, cheat and mod Modern Warfare 2...

I honestly don't see what the big deal is. The video isn't bland evidence ("heavily edited" stuff), and Microsoft responded in the most logical way. I think people are just looking for a way to get their panties in a bunch.

Well it would be nice to see a full unedited version of this, I still do believe that video will have been edited. If he had been corrupt, i'm sure microsoft would have stopped him quickly and issued an apology.

The pro is a guy who bans boosting accounts etc.

Like if you see someone boosting, you can send their gamertag to him and he will ban them.

He's become a sort of Phenomena on the gamefaqs boards.
