Cosmic Break: the greatest black horse in the history of gaming.

2 weeks ago, I wasn't sure what I was getting into when my friends told me to play Cosmic Break with them. Yet, now I know.
Cosmic Break is as awesome as it can get. Mechas, moe girls, chibi... You name it, it most likely has it. It's a free 3rd person MMO that allows you to be as creative as you can to your characters and show it to the world.
Seriously, come try it, you will be as suprise as we all were.

If you're trying to woo me to an MMO then moe and chibi are not going to do it.

Mechas get a disdainful frown as well.

I once had fun with a Mech game, but it was on the 360, so I might as well forget about it.

Mech as in giant mounds of heavy machinery serving as walking war machines, or Mecha as in a boxy humanoid robot suits that fight with both a gun and a sword and may or may not be operated by a whiny twelve year old?

Because I certainly have preference over one of those.

The first one. It felt very much like a dirt-slow rail shooter, except I controlled where to go. I think it was a launch title, and the demo I played was in a snowy mountain region.

Chromehounds maybe? Don't own the system so I don't know the library so well. Doesn't seem to be many mech games around anymore outside the Mechwarrior series.

Cosmic break is nothing like Mechwarrior, it's a lot more faster pace and battles are very epic.

I didn't want to start a new thread since it's on the same topic.
I think we should give CB a thumbs up for being able to continue to service even after their office that is in Japan that had been destroy. If you are a fan, do show them support take part in the event that they put on before the earthquake and still going on right now.
