Well, assuming the Son of God status, he would either be able to stop the bullets or not be injured by him. Though he is just a mortal coil while in that flesh suit he lives in so maybe not.

Anyways, I suppose yes he could, but obviously he wouldn't since "turn the other cheek" and all. and he never actively opposed the people who killed him.
