I don't want em to go under. That South Park game might be some fun.

...

They could try getting funds from kickstarter?
Well they are getting money from the THQ bundle. Their Stock has raised by 40% from that. So, some good news.

I really hope they survive.
I really hope that they die.

If they survive, they will be liming around like a wounded three legged dog. This means that THQ will exploiting and milking their IPs like they did with SR3.
I call bullshit on this.

THQ isn't EA, they don't just exploit their franchises.
lol, great hypothesis.

Just like EA, THQ are a business and at the end of the day business is business. THQ's attempt to make a COD clone (Homefront) and a diminished game lacking many features from it's predecessor (SR3) proves otherwise.
so making a new IP is exploiting, eh?

Jesus, Saints Row 3 was a fine game in it's own right. They just dropped the ball when it came to the story.

I believe you're referring to the new South park game? That's not a new IP btw. I suppose you're setting the bar so low that if any publisher/developer creates an new IP they are cleared of their sins.

Have you played SR2 and SR3? SR3 came-up short on almost everything even including the amount soundtracks provided in the game.

Homefront. Homefront was an attempt at a new IP.

SR2 is probably one of my top 5 games of this era, and yeah compared to it SR3 is a disapointment.... But I was annoyed they shifted the tone away from Sociopath Simulater to whacky over the top action, not because of the content. SR3 was enjoyable, nonetheless.

But your right. Clearly the amount of music soundtracks they give determines if it's a hack job or not. >.>
