It's ok, probation isn't that big of a deal. It's not like you're getting a full on ban right? Just play nice for the 3 days and then get back to business as usual.

But yeah, on topic. People wonder why I refuse to buy a Wii, and then ads like this one come out and I'm just left going "and you honestly wonder why I avoid that console?"
