Could you censor a topless woman by photoshopping in male nipples?

As we all know, female nipples are vulgar and obscene, but male nipples are perfectly acceptable and family friendly. It doesn't matter how much breast is shown off or how skimpy the bikini, it seems it only becomes obscene once the nipple is revealed.

So seeing as all that is required to make a picture of a topless woman acceptable are two little black bars, could you instead substitute the bars for a pair of nipples taken from a picture of a man?

If they were big enough, you could censor anything with them.

Also, they'd have to be definitively male though to ensure no confusion, so I'd suggest the classic ultra hairy "old man nipple" with extra curliness on the hairs.

The basic implication being, that given what it looks like, why are men's nipples OK to show but women's nipples are bad?
