Sweden, Suomi, France... I'd pick a European nation. I might pick L'Etats Unis, but only if their heads of state start thinking more clearly instead of the bickering encouraged by their by-partisan system (though this is a problem shared by my country as well).
I'm strongly considering learning to speak German or Dutch and trying my hand in northern Europe.
My thought if I do decide to go this route is learn to speak German first then learn languages similar to it like Swedish, Danish, and Dutch so I can be more versatile throughout that part of the world.
I'm learning French, so probably France. Then again, I am an otaku so maybe I should move to Japan. Of course, if I move to the UK I won't have to learn a new language. Too many choices.
Japan because I can speak enough Japanese to survive... well... survive for a day at least.
Australia, again, I can speak the native language (minus the cool accent) so while I stick out like a sore thumb, it would work. New Zealand, I hear, is nice so I might try that as well...
That's about it. I'd list European countries, but I've decided against ever wanting to live there for many various reasons. :\
