Actually, it's more akin to saying playing Battleship leads to an understanding of economics. I don't see how DnD and gangs are related at all. Aside from the stabbage, anyway.BehattedWanderer said:First they came for our tabletop, but I do not roll any d20's, so I did not speak up.
Seriously, that's like saying that playing Battleship is the equivalent of learning how to apply tactical warfare to sink ships in the pacific. Or that playing Monopoly will lead to you understanding economics. And it's not like any gang that sits down for a good campaign is really gonna get up and shiv some bitches, ya dig?
Now that you say it, I'd mind going to prison a lot less if it has D&D...kouriichi said:WAITWAITWAIT. Huge issue to start with. Theyer in prison, why are they allowed to even play D&D!?!? Its bad enough we let them live, now they get to have dayly adventures into the realm of fantasy with theyer best friends and anal lovers!?!?
not all prisoners are murderers. saying it's "bad enough we let them live" for a marijuana charge, or racketeering, is just wrong.kouriichi said:WAITWAITWAIT. Huge issue to start with. .......That is the best post I have ever seen. If Prisoners really turned out like this because of DnD, it would be incredibly easy to keep watch over them. Especially if they try turn based combat with the guards. XDWitty Name Here said:"Alright, so this is how the robbery is gonna go down boys. Larry! You have the highest skill in machine guns, you'll be our DPS. Tom is a dropout from medical school so he'll be our healer! I'll start firing randomly in the air and draw the cops' attention while Larry guns 'em down. Don't worry Larry, their aggro will be focused mostly on me, I equated the XP we probably will get from the cops and hostages, so halfway through we'll level up, I want you all to spend your attribute points on more health and body armor, then, we'll make a mad rush out the front door, to the car, and escape!
Gentlemen, this couldn't be any easier..."

Well no. OOOH! OOOH! I know when that could happen!!! During a D21 game! But that's the only time i could see it.Witty Name Here said:"Alright, so this is how the robbery is gonna go down boys. Larry! Honestly, this is an odd ruling.
Tag was banned from a lot of schools in my city because it apparently alienates someone and that can have damaging effects. I wish I was joking, and I wish I knew who thought that was logical when they spewed it from the rectum they call their 'mouth'.Lightslei said:http://www.tomsguide.com/us/dungeons-and-dragons-board-games-d-and-d,news-9895.html
Honestly, this is probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard but it's hilarious.
