SO I've been wanting to consolidate my consoles lately and that meant getting rid of a PlayStation 3. I put up an ad saying that I had one for sale, and listing its features. The PlayStation was a fat model, one of the older versions, that I had modified with a larger hard drive and a fan modification, two things I mentioned in the ad, (the fan made it loud, which I also stated). I got a call about an hour after posting it with someone who wanted to buy it, and at the time I was actually playing the PlayStation in question. I brought it to him and made the exchange, and he called me 2 hours later saying that it had overheated. I told him that the fan mod was to keep it cool and that it should be in a cool place. He said that it was and it wasn't working, and that he'll call me tomorrow if it doesn't work so that we could switch back. Do I have any legal obligation to return his money? It was working at the time I gave it to him and I have no proof he didn't break it. What do I do?
