Ya know, having worked retail as cashier the past 5 years, I don't see what people ***** about with customers. My co-workers included.

Customer is angry? Offer to let them speak to a manager. Let the guy making 15 an hour deal with it. Or just let the person continue to make an ass out of themselves.

In this case, the dumb **** shooting the video just shot herself in the foot. She's never going to get a job now.

I'd hire her only to be able fire her. First, I would want to make sure to completely crush, annihilate and break her, though, as she's clearly of no use to mankind in her current state of mind.

A bit more humble, a bit more restrained, a bit more normal would already do.

If that fails, the looney bin should be a safe place for her.

Society has other, more pressing issues than some random selfish cuntmuffin pestering people about damn doughnuts, recording them with her phone and threatening to use abuse facebook.

Hey, speaking of her facebook... isn't that against some rule? You know, some rule that could actually be enforced one way or another? I am pretty sure her losing her facebook would really, really send her head spinning. That should be quite entertaining to witness.

- Asked her politely to stop being abusive.
- Asked her to leave if she continued.
- Called the cops once she started with the racial abuse.

Although it does occur to me that in this case the workers have done even better. By being unfailingly polite and professional they make her look even worse... and now the internet will take its revenge and ruin the crazy woman's life.

You're not allowed to throw a customer out. Dosen't matter if they spit you in the face, you're only allowed to throw someone out if they steal something. And even then the cops have to see it in action.

It's a fucked up world when criminals are given more rights then hard working citizens.

Really? Because even in America I have heard of people using denial of service rights.

I used to be an assistant manager at a movie theater and have heard everything from "you changed the times so i would miss my show" to "we planned our entire night around this show and it's sold out? are you gonna give us free tickets?" to "you're a racist because I had my phone out during the movie and an usher told me to turn it off" to "you're a communist" but fortunately I was in the position to do a little something about it. I've even had one belligerent drunk woman AND her teenage (like 13-15) kids removed from a theater by a cop.

And every single fucking time, my manager and district manager ripped me a new one because of it. I told my employees "you do not get paid enough to put up with this shit, come get me." And when they come get me, I try to address things calmly but there are some people who just want to be heard. They want to put on a show to try and make the employees look like the bad guys. And when I could not reach an amicable conclusion to the problem. I asked them to leave.

Without fail within the next 24 hours I heard from my manager and district manager saying I should've given them something for free. And each time I told them they're insane. I'm not rewarding someone for treating my employees or me like that. And I still stand by that statement. Customers that came to me politely and calmly, EVEN IF I DISAGREED WITH THEM I did something to appease them. Anger may work with some people, but it will not work with me. Ever.

My advice to this woman: grow the fuck up. Seriously, this level of immaturity from a college graduate is unfathomable.

How'd they figure the communist one? Speaking as a person who works in a movie theatre, its one of the most capitalististic places on Earth. Advertisement everywhere, lots of snacks and things for sale, and the whole thing dedicated to a luxury service. Seriously, are we living in the 1950s?

Working in a service industry, the biggest problem is that customers think they should be treated like they're special. You're not fucking special. You are one of any thousand people who walk through that door. No, I can't make an exception just for you. No, I'm not going to hook you up.

As I'm in maintenance(fancy word for I mop floors... it's a bit more involved than that, but I digress), that usually means, "No, you can't go in the bathroom while I'm mopping the floor, because if you bust your ass, I get in trouble for letting you in when it was closed."

We have a sign we put up, people ignore it all fucking day. If they would just let me do my job, it'd be done in 5 minutes. Then there's the lady who threw a temper tantrum because she thought the bagger wiped his nose and then bagged her groceries. She proceeded to spill her groceries on the ground, shattering a jar of pasta sauce and go into an insane tirade, pissing off the shift manager and making some annoying work for me as the mess was right in front of the exit. Since this was the baggers last chance, they looked at the security camera footage. She was full of shit. He never did anything she accused him of. She was just off her fucking rocker.

Not sure where you work but the company I work for gives employees a lot of rights when it comes to throwing customers out.
If they verbally abuse a worker in anyway, don't listen to our exact orders when it comes to rules of the establishment or if they do something else we're allowed to tell 'em to go away in whatever language we want as long as it isn't sexist or racist.
And if that doesn't work then we call the cops.
Feels good to have a more employee friendly company employing you.
But I'm guessing my employer's standards are definitely not the norm sadly.

OT: I applaud the guy that had to handle all that abuse for staying calm. Like seriously that must've taken some self control. Hope the asshole that flipped out like that feels ashamed right now.

Luckily I left and moved to CA. Trying to get a new job now. Hopefully not in a place that has coupons(the source of all those attacks).

America has the "right to refuse service to anyone" rule.

I don't see them use it that much unless some dumb ass comes up threatening to sue.

I dunno man. She looked okay. I could do her. I wouldn't be happy about it or anything but you know I'd do it for god, king and country. To make my papa proud.

But on a serious note while she does act like an overflowing cuntbucket I wouldn't be too quick to judge. My experience is that while there are some straight up douchenozzles most people who completely go off the rocker seem to have some sort of problem. Psychological or drugs. And those can be a *****.

She's clearly on drugs of some sort. No slurred speech, but the Mars analogy and the idea that saying "sand ****** whore" in a store is ok, and the fact that she doesn't shut up the whole time, it's just too much. There is something wrong with her, induced or uninduced, but in my opinion, drugs.

Although it's ironic that in a video she recorded probably as some sort of 'shaming' of the store, she's shown nothing but polite service and ridiculously high tolerance while she is an absolute ***** the whole time.

My bedt friend is a cigar bar owner.
He was just complaining that a bunch of people came and acted like they were in a cheap bar where you would pick up girls, but he did not know whether it was appropriate to ask them to leave or not.
I would totally have asked them to leave if other customers were there.

I do work in customer service...and yeah. Yeah we are treated like crap because people think we've failed somewhere along the line, that we're high school drop outs, idiots, invalids or fools, lazy or irresponsible. Many of my co-workers have degrees, are in college or university, one gal had 3 different degrees.

It's frustrating, because I do work my butt off for people who think i'm an idiot.

If you even remotely try to pull something like this off around here, you'll be thrown out of the shop faster than you can say doughnut.

Your one tough cookie, I just make them take a time out. Yes, I told a customer who was twice my age to "Sit down and take a time out. When your done yelling we can talk like normal adults and I can take your order." Until they can act like a normal decent human bean, they are not getting anything from me.

It has nothing to do with being tough or anything. If you don't behave in a shop/restaurant, they just tell you to leave. And even if it's only because you disturb other customers.
There's no reason to keep an idiot like the girl in the video in your shop if she behaves like that.
