Crazy Game phenomenom

i just rented the game Just Cause simply so i would appreciate the good games that are out there more. i was mindlessly driving and i hit a curb and flipped onto the beach, the screen went black and i recieved 15 Achievements! It was simply awesome. Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

Call of Duty: Finest Hour, I got wedged in an invisible wall, and everything on the whole level blew up and/or died, leaving only me. Couldn't finish the level though, as I needed an NPC to kick open a door.
