I'm sure someone has already said it, but the "Fuck" game in The Big Lebowski. Anytime someone says "fuck" you have to drink. This will probably result in everyone being dead by the middle of the movie.

Well we do one on New years me and my brothers but it hasn't managed to kill us yet... We box and at the end of the round the loser takes a shot of absinthe... weird party games. Wee bit dangerous but it's almost tradition these days... although I've faired much better the past years since actually taking up boxing... makes things pretty one sided actually lol.

In light of the Halloween festivities, here's one my friends and I made up:
Watch a horror movie and take a swig every time you see blood.
Depending on the movie it won't necessarily get you killed, but it's still a fun game none-the-less. When my friends and I first came up with it we started watching 28 Weeks Later. We were all pretty dead by the half-way mark... Then came the helicopter scene.

Video games: Stroll through the Imperial City in Oblivion. Take a shot every time you hear a character speak to another character voiced by the same actor/actress. Take a second shot if they mention a third character also voiced by that actor/actress.

For my fellow World of Warcraft players: Stand in any major city, and take a shot whenever you see the following in Trade chat: Anal (item link), Guild recruitment messages, lame jokes, or complaints about the Twilight series of books/movies.
