No Greater Martyr- 15 gamerscore: Activate Project Purity yourself
Your Turn...- 15 gamerscore: Have Lyons (or any ally besides Fawkes or Charon) activate Project Purity
Remember Remember...- 15 gamerscore: Have Fawkes activate Project Purity
Posthumous Infamy- 15 gamerscore: Activate Project Purity yourself, with the FEV virus added
Accomplice- 15 gamerscore: Get an ally to activate Project Purity with the FEV virus added
I Forgot to Mention...- 15 gamerscore: Have Lyons activate Project Purity with the FEV virus added
Good Boy- 5 gamerscore: Have Dogmeat activate Project Purity (I know it's impossible but wouldn't that be awesome to see?)
Bad Dog- 15 gamerscore: Have Dogmeat activate Project Purity with the FEV virus added (same caveat as above)
No More Dead Dogs- 5 gamerscore: After Dogmeat dies, don't kill any Dogs.


(I know the achievement with Fawkes has been mentioned before, but I thought it could use a better name)

Fade to Black (15G) - While wearing the Chinese Stealth Suit, blow your cover around three enemies at once and then successfully hide in less than five seconds.
Cathode Raid (20G) - Destroy five Enclave Eyebots using the Power Fist.
Whited Out (25G) - Score three stealth kills with a Gatling laser.
Plague Upon the Rich (50G) - When you arrive at Tenpenny Tower, fight your way to the top by killing everyone in sight, regardless of soldier or civilian. Upon reaching Tenpenny himself, you must have an amiable chat with him before blowing his brains out to get the award.
The Harder They Fall (10G) - After getting the Plague Upon the Rich achievement, toss Tenpenny's lifeless corpse over the edge of the balcony railing and watch it fall to the ground.
Nightmare Fuel (5G) - Visit Vault 106 at 3:00 AM, real time.
Justice Is Served (25G) - During one of the heroic battles at Canterbury Commons, stealthily kill both the AntAgonizer and the Mechanist with headshots during a single V.A.T.S. session.
I Come From Vault 007 (15G) - Sneak your way through any Talos Company hideout and only kill using the Silenced 9mm.
Scourge of the Underworld (50G) - Kill 50 evil townspeople without any previous conversation and turn in their fingers to the Regulators.

Opt for all the negative karma options in Tranquility Lane
