It's not actually a Vault that is in the game (as of now, there might be DLC later on) but there is a Vault Jump-suit with 77 on it that can be found in Paradise Falls with a note next to it.

Wonder why Fallout 3 is a dodgy first person shooter.

Well some people are going to get pissed with that statement, but Fallout 3 is a great game, I like fallout 1,2 but fallout 3 is an extremly inmersive game. The first person is a little klunky, but the game is at least functional. Its not a bad game, just bethesda should have made the walking less frantic. (for me the immersion is great but gets hit on the head everytime I see my charater walk)

Thank you for not actually directly insulting me. Further more; Fallout 3 is a good game but for me it always felt odd being a first and third person game. The game was immersive at the start but once you started kicking arse, it loses it's feeling. I had to mod the game a fair bit like put in the music from Fallout 2 because the normal music of Fallout 3 sounds like Morrowind music.
I could go on for ages about points why I find the game to be un-Fallout-ish but Fallout 3 is still a good game though I think it should of still been made from a top down view.
