Friends of the Lemmings: managing to some how save 100% of lemmings on all levels.
(I think that may actually be impossible, that flipping 8-bit game is hard!)
The 'too much time on your hands' award for getting 100% completion on a game.
Splatter death evasion: being within kissing distance of the ground before managing to save your charecter. bronze, silver and gold awards for closeness to the ground in meters.
(Good games for this include Spiderman 2: the movie the game (wait, I think that game does have that award, although it's biggest fall not nearest miss))
'Let joy be unconfined *irony*' award for most sarcastic comment on in-game chat.
(I think that may actually be impossible, that flipping 8-bit game is hard!)

Red Dead Redemption:
Mr. Ed is Dead: Have the train obliterate two horses at once
Brakka Brakka Brakka: In Single player, eliminated 30 charging enemies without letting go of the trigger on the Gatling Gun
Quite Dastardly Indeed!: Save a kidnap victim and without untying her, put her on the railroad tracks to meet her fate.
Bloody Mess: In Dead Eye, target each limb, the torso, and lastly the head of one person before firing.
Enjoying the Scenery: Use the Dead Eye mode to depletion without firing a bullet without out being near enemies or wildlife.
Make my Day: Kill a Gang Leader with a revolver with only one bullet left in the chamber.
Sadist: Shoot a citizen in the leg, lasso and hogtie him, and then hit him with a fire bottle.
Masochist: Drop a stick of TNT of a cliff and jump and land on it.
Oh the humanity: Break in a horse and then execute it.
But why?: In the escorting the safe mission, bring the safe close to the bank, and crack it and steal the contents.
Goldy Locks: Kill three bears consecutively using three different weapons.
OMGFREAKINGN000BHAXS! : Kill a players three times consecutively in the online Free Roam before he has a chance to fire at you.
Guess I'll go get a coffee...: In an online competitive match, be the only person left standing after a shootout.
