The class of choice for me? Le Chef.

Armed with a mithril rolling pin and an apron capable of deflection MAD COWS at point blank range, Le Chef seeks to undo the evils of indigestion and a bland palate.

Class features:

Toxic: Hold la onion and hold le garlic? Not in this lifetime, Le Chef can make an attack similar to death fog.

Ginsu: Le Chef's blade can cut through armour and still cut a tomato!

Animal companions: Le Chef has a veritable farm of animal companions ready to do his bidding whether that be trample his/her enemies or marinate for six hours and then be lightly roasted.

Stealth-class, that steals underpants and does profit with that.

Awesomegasmic: By following the teachings of Souplex you have managed to achieve pure awesome. Your very blood has become awesomesauce and you now live your life in dedication to awesome.

Prestige class: Achieve sufficient chutzpa and intuition to unlock this class.
Main class stats: Chutzpa, Intuition. Dump stats: Agility, Charisma, Luck.
Special class feature: An awesomegasmic may apply their Chutzpa (Anything is possible with the will and hard work) and/or intuition (Don't work hard, work smart) stat to any situation where they could reasonably be applied. Since everything in the end comes down to chutzpa or intuition, one of them will apply to any situation.
Class stat bonuses: (Working with percentages to be adaptable to any RPG system, if a modifier would raise something above 100% it will act as if it were 100% but the surplus would counteract debuffs) Chutzpa + 20% Intuition + 20%

I'd like to interpret this another way for fun and laughs.

An RPG class, to keep people informed as to the rights and wrongs of how to handle RPGs. Trust me when I say that not everyone's good at this and it doesn't always come easy.
So.. you want an RPG class that basically plays the game for you? because people suck at RPGs?

Brilliant
Rocket Propelled Grenades are hard to use in combat? I thought it was just point and click.

I also want to see a Arctic Summoner! He summons Polar bears, Narwhals, and Sharks to his aid! Definitely not enough RPG games with Sharks and Polar bears.
I'll give you polar bears, I'm playing in a tabletop RPG atm with a guy who's basically playing a Were-Polar Bear, but narwhals? sharks? sounds like a horrendous cross between Chilly Willy and Aqua Man. Utterly useless, and very very cold.

In that vein, I'd want to make the quintessential earth elementalist. Can raise walls of stone out of the ground, open fissures and dirt geysers under his enemies, incase himself in stoneskin and even sink into and travel through the earth itself.

More games need a Bard class.
I really miss Dragon Warrior 4. One of the best ever.
Not to mention that in Dragon Warrior 4 you could make all of your characters the amazing scantily dressed Jesters.

The IT guy, he accesses the games command prompt to defeat his enemies, his skills in binary are unmatched.

Gravity Mage.

You can affect the gravitational pull of objects, making them heavier or lighter at your whim, and even causing centripetal pull on objects so you can sling them towards the distant horizon.

I've never had anyone let me do it, and it seems so cool! ;_;
the special ability, increase the gravitational pull inside you enemies hearts, causing a fatal heart attack. (a bit overpowered but still)

Summoner Of Ancient Horrors. Basically, call in a Shoggoth and go mad along with your enemies.

Heliomancer, a kind of firemage that uses the hellfire from within the very sun.

Clockborg, a steampunk-cyborg with a speciality for building stuff, disarming traps and whatnot.

These are my ideas, right off the top of my head.

See, that's the kind of stuff I was thinking of. I would like to be able to make enemies turn into dead weight they can't pick up or make their arms too heavy to lift. I'm willing to take restrictions like not being able to manipulate something I can't myself lift, or not being able to impose more weight than I myself could physically handle, but they still say its too overpowered..

Haha, reading your post I was like "sounds like electro gypsy" and then you mentioned it and i was like "oh... ok then"

I would like to see a class with very low health and defense, but absurdly high stats in everything else, and skills relating to movement, avoidance, countering, crits, ect. as well as bing able to master the skills of other classes.

Basically something that is a jack of all trades so to speak, but with the balancing factor of being easily killed if played wrong. And I want it to have a skill that makes it go fast. Like, from one side of the map to the other in two minutes fast. Movement makes stuff fun to play for me.

Debater class. Never resorts to violence, instead uses his silver tongue to deal with every situation, even going so far as to learn the languages of the humanoid enemies.

They would have high resistances to all manner of melee attacks, but a low chance of dealing with ranged damage, seeing as many of the great debaters throughout history have had violence at a range used on them as a last resort, since nobody could look them in the eye and attack them, for that would mean they've won.

They would even learn types of aura/shield spells to prevent damage from beasts, dragons, and what-not.

The Grappler. Attacks mainly consist of throwing/slamming enemies at other enemies, tackling and pounding enemies, and various MMA submissions.

The Brawler. Uses his own body as a weapon, but with some added equipment, like brass knuckles, spiked elbow/knee armor, cleats, and horned headbands/helmets for when he wants to go all Zinedine Zidane on someone. Lacks range in his attacks, but makes up for it with blinding speed.

The Guardian - Adept in melee combat, but specializes in using a massive shield. Has the ability to "store" enemy attacks that he defends against, and unleash them back at foes by smiting them with his shield. Otherwise possesses somewhat low attack power and is somewhat slow.

The Close Combat Mage - Low defense, but uses magic to attack in the form of close range (but longer than melee weapon) flare bursts, flamethrowers, and elementally charged fists. Hovers using wind magic, making him move fast, and uses teleportation to dodge attacks.

how about an "Artillerist" who wields a giant cannon and can deal huge damage to many troops really far away. though he has a very slow fireing rate. he is dressed sort of steampunk style and can set up camps and and such(sort of like an engineer in TF2)

also a "bomb master (working on name)" who is sort of a demoman in TF2. he throws grenades and uses C4 bombs and mines. he dresses kinda "post apocalyptic" and has a lot of armour.
