create your nemesis

Hell, my greatest enemy is myself. Do you know how long I wait to finish my school projects?
Seriously, just have him have different colored hair, a sweet looking tattoo on his arm, and the ability to, unlike me, act on his desires, then you have a serious nemesis for me to compete with. Bonus points if it's a girl.
For the formation of my perfect nemesis, let's say that he is my personal, dark desires taken form by black/dark magic from one of my enemies I fought. However, unlike the way it is shown in movies/t.v./games, he will not be sucked back into my body if I defeat him. Since he also absorbed some powers from evil magician X, he put a spell/charm on himself to negate the Defeat-equals-rejoining-with-original effects. However, this doesn't mean that I can't be sucked into his body. Hence his trademark battle cry being, "JOIN WITH YOUR BETTER HALVE!"
So in order to beat him, I'll have to give into my desire to kill, even though I make a habit of not killing my enemies.

OT: Well, I feel like (obviously along with whatever powers I have in this situation) my main hook would be my irregular sociopathy. I think as a parallel, my nemesis would be another sociopath, or a psychopath of some kind.
I think he would have the sociopath's tendency to find victims and psychologically crush them, which is something I have no desire to do, despite being classed as sociopathic. I actually feel the need to help people. Hell, I'd probably risk my life to save a stranger... why am I sociopathic again?
I'd be the neutral good (which chaotic tendencies) to his chaotic evil) I imagine he'd be a lot like Patrick Bateman from American Psycho, with an almost physical, fetishistic need to practice homicide.

Alex Barkman, AKA the Tyran-tree, was best friend to our hero King Beetle before his transformation. Unluckily, the large pieces of wood which were stuck into Alex Barkman were treated with a special pesticide that reacted rather poorly with the super blood now coursing through his veins! The experimental pesticide was powered 10 fold by the super blood, causing his friend to grow nearly 3 feet (so he was now 8'9), and form a thick bark like skin. Hideous to most, and shook in horror as his once perfect Physic had been disfigured, and mutated! Swearing to take revenge on King Beetle for this curse, he set forth to destroy everything Dani King holds dear!
And yes, King Beetle (Or just King to friends) is the hero of the story. He was an art major, on a vacation in Japan to learn about traditional arts. He entered a old Japanese Temple, and was asked by a monk what he wanted most. Sadly, do to his poor knowledge of the japanese language, instead of saying, "Fast cars, beautiful women, piles of money and the power of the gods", he said "I want to be like the humble beetle that washes in the morning dew". And thus, we was given the strength, regeneration, and amazing immune system of the Rhinoceros Beetle. He also can turn his skin into a nearly bulletproof exoskeleton, but with how mind-numbingly painful this act is, he spends weeks at a time as Either Human Dani, or King Beetle, switching between the two as rarely as possible. And because the transformation takes upwards of several hours (for his exoskeleton to fully harden. LOL HARDEN), he stays in beetle form more often then not. Hes like Tony Stark in the fact everyone knows who King Beetle is, and how he openly flaunts it.

I feel like I have a real-live nemesis. In general terms, they are like my polar opposite, but are incredibly cowardly and weak minded. So they can't really harm me, yet they know how to push my buttons. What's worst is that I can't simply do away with them or avoid them, because they are related to me, forever tethered to my life.

My nemesis is would be a ridiculously annoying fairy man who could do very little to harm me in anyway but would still be able to piss me off to no end.He would always be coming up with some of the most half assed plans he could imagine and would quite often be surprised at any good results he got.But he would once in a while come up with a glorious plan that he would use to lay waste to the entire world.Which is the opposite of the really fucking stupid ideas I occasionaly come up with.It would only be a matter of time before the world burns from his genius or my stupidity.Most likely a combination of the two.
Most likely since I'd be a semi-anti-superhero I'd end up with a nemesis along the lines of Hugo Strange... I hate psychologists...
My nemesis would be an experimental super-soldier created by the government, which views me as a a threat to national security. He'd have the most advanced military equipment designed in Area 51, as well as all the other super-soldier trappings, such as super strength, super speed, super reflexes, and power armor.
