Exactly what it says on the tin, give your spell a name and describe it's effects. Be as original, or unoriginal, as you want.

Mine
Name: "Ni!"
Description: In short, sharp pronunciations causes both fear and irritation to build in the target. Frequent use of 'Ni' will eventually cause target to go insane and start hallucinating about shrubberies. Shouting 'NI' will cause the target's head to explode, followed by a shrubbery growing out of the neck.

This should be fun, since I do this on a fairly regular basis.

Dominate, adrenaline rush

Forces the target into an adrenaline rush and gives the user complete control of the target's actions.

One of the abilities I have for the RPG I made from scratch is called "Float" (trust me, not all the names are rip-offs from Final Fantasy).

At tier-1: It raises the target off the ground and doesn't allow them to lower elevation. It's useful in letting people "fly" over enemies or over cliffs, or preventing an enemy from attacking for a while. It also makes the target really unstable since he can't get any footing, so any attacks are sure to knock him down.

At tier-2: It allows you to raise the target notably high off the ground, which, in addition to the possible tactics in tier-1, also prevent electrical or ground-based attacks from working.

At tier-3: The user is allowed to control the altitude of the target. This of course lets you raise the person high into the air and then slam him into the ground repeatedly if you want to.

It's probably my favourite spell I came up with for the game. :D

The Nip-splosion: Shoots enough lightning through the enemy target to make their nipples explode and their eyes to boil.

The Baby Boomer: Turns anything younger than a year into a living bomb.

The Fuck This: Teleports you to the vacation locale of your choice.

Reverse gravity

Exactly what it says on the tin

Attraction

Used on two separate targets. Targets are affected by an extremely powerful magnetic attraction to one another, regardless of actual composition. Any intervening material is struck on the way to the other. The greater the distance between the targets, the greater the damage both take once they meet.

More to come as I go.

Kill enemy with explosion.

Or:

Kill more than one enemy at a time with a bigger explosion.
Do I really have to explain what these two spells do?

I know I am just a big bowl of creativity.

Most of these are spells I made in Oblivion while just messing around so I'm gonna use some Oblivion terms.

Spell Name: Cauterize
Ability: Engulfs the target in flames for X amount of damage per tick and also heals them for X+1 per tick

Spell Name: Feel the Burn!
Ability: Engulfs target in flame dealing X damage per tick, but increases running speed by X%

Spell Name: Imaginary Pet Rock
Ability: Turns target Invisible, but bestows the Burden status

Spell Name: Radioactive
Ability: Light on target of X ft, but also damages health X per second

Spell Name: Shock Therapy
Ability: Casts lightning at target for X, but also heals target for X+(?) and removes status effects

Spell Name: Poke
Ability: Deal 1 damage to target

Those are just some of the stupid ones I come up with.

Automatic Weakness
Whatever their weakness is, this spell hits it or is that. It does bonus damage if they say "Ah! My one weakness!"

Soul Shrine is an elaborate spell requiring the souls of 100 beings, which are then formed into a towering altar of blue crystal, that cause all corpses within a 1 mile radius to be restored to a functioning state, with increased strength and endurance, but greatly reduced intelligence, agility and perception.
All creatures raised in this manner automatically obey the creator of the altar.

The altar is destroyable, but the longer the altar has existed the greater the number of undead defenders under it's control; thus, the harder it is to reach.

If the user dies and the altar remains functional, he/she can use it to maintain their spirit and order their minions to recover their body.
The body will be restored to life after 5 minutes of background energy being gathered, but must be within 5 feet of the altar to have this energy channelled into it.
