Well, I actually have three that I thought of, but was unable to do in Oblivion (well, two of the spells couldnt)

Spell 1: Tetra Soul Pain - a combination of Fire, Ice, and Electric elemental damage over time, in addition to a soul trap effect placed on the target. Filled Soul Stone 98% guarantee.

Spell 2: Mjollnir - Lifts a number of enemies into the air (its an area effect spell) where they are than electrocuted over several seconds, before being slamed into the gound with incredible force.

Spell 3: No Shame Retreat - For the situations where your ass is about to be removed from the rest of your body. A barrier of majic is erected around a small area (possibly around your allies as well), and you are teleported to another location which you have permently marked for such an occasion (think of it as the Paladin Bubblehearth from Wow).

Two spells for ass kicking, and another for avoiding ass kicking.

arcane armor:
solidified energy surrounding you in an armor. Also increases physical strength and reaction time. Your will can extend the energy beyond this shape into any weapon you can dream, but any "projectiles" will lose cohesiveness and they grow farther from you, max range of about 15 yards, and as the energy of the armor decreases, it's other effects become less and less powerful.

Earth cannon:
Raises berms of earth which fire quartz crystals which are hollow and cracked so that they shatter into shrapnel on impact.

All or nothing:
Unleashing all the power you have in it's purest form. Pure magical energy in a wave of incredible power.

Oblivion - makes people forget anything they knew about you leaving their mind vulnerable for imprinting information.

Summon Cylinder:
Causes a 30-foot cylinder of metal to crash into the target destination. Spawns 5 assorted machines after 24 hours.

Heat Ray:
Fires a beam of heat, causing massive fire damage to the target and it's surrounding environment.

Smoke Canister:
Launches a metal canister at the target, releasing a poisonous cloud of inky vapour. Deals poison damage over time to anyone in the cloud. Can be dispelled by casting a fire spell and a water spell at the cloud at the same time.

Yeah, I know. Really original.

Yeah this is more of a lazy spell.

Exploding Primate of Impending Doom
This spell creates a monkey/gorilla/orangutan/other primate. The afore mentioned creature is then hurled at your enemy which it proceeds to attack. Then a predetermined amount of time late afore mentioned primate explodes.
(The primate can also be swapped out for any other animal though is most often changed to a bear)

Headbang: causes the target to headbang until cancelled by the caster. Whilst under the effects of headbang, the target will still be able to move around, but their headbanging speed will double per every 5 headbangs. After being affected by Headbang for 60 seconds, the target will be forced to walk into objects near them, such as walls and tables. At this point, the difficulty to resist via movement will increase gradually, until the target is made to headbang a wall endlessly until his head explodes and the walls are red. When this happens, a mysterious voice will shout "fatality".

This spell gathers all nearby enemy as Dreamtheater starts playing one of their epic songs, giving you time to kill them while they are distracted by the sheer awesomeness of the moment.

Spell Name: Marco Polo
When I tag my opponent they become "it", while "it" any ranged attack I launch at them will begin to home in on their position. In addition to the homing ability, when I close my eyes I will be able to see where they are, similar to a blip on a radar.

However, if my opponent is able to tag me I become it and the ability switches hands.
The spell can only be dispelled if the target is rendered unconcious or dead.

Spellname: Mirror Mind - makes the target see and feel about things the same as the caster usually stopping most hostile actions.
Spellname: Seal - turns the target into a seal (not a navy one!)
Spellname: Sealed - wraps the target or targets in an indestructable coccoon that shrinks (start and ending size and duration to be determined by caster)
Spellame: Fluffy Bunny - creates a lovely bunny that has a non violence aura in any line of sight.
