I'll come back to this later. I need to think.

Maybe draw maps.

Edit I won't sleep now. You've set my imagination off.

Wow, I'll sketch a map, take a picture of it and post it up here when I've had more sleep. Much like Cpt_Oblivious I won't sleep well now :/

1. This is a forum game.
2. You really should try harder than a one-liner introduction.

I agree...I understand the concept, but we really need a few more specifics...
Create world, post picture/description/really detailed map showing the 3 continents and each region on them.

That seems to be the point.

How do I post my maps I made?

My world is a nameless one. A world where all nations are united under one presidency, therefore allowing the world as a whole to be policed and taken care. It's a world without economy-as in there's no money and people can simply check out the things they want or need... I guess that means my world's an egalitarian one.

Though the world and its many lands are one, each nation has retained its unique culture and travel of the world is a favorite past-time of the people as they explore and learn about the world.

Despite this world being one of piece, that is not to say there are no badguys. Those who take upon the path of evil, are those who take out of desire, not necessity. There are still those who rape, kill, kidnap, pillage and make grand plots of mass destruction because this is a world where only (what I consider) true villains are born.

Thus there is world-wide police force put into place to protect this world, meanwhile civilians take up the practice of martial arts, for the same reasons as those in this world. Some seek powerful fighting skills to protect themselves or others, some seek good health, some seek enlightenment.

But, not all fights in this world are for self-defense. Tournaments are held in various regions and the world government holds an annual contest where martial arts from all over can come together test one another's skill. There is no prize except perhaps glory and honor, but that was never the point anyway.

The government of this world is a mix of democracy, communism and egalitarianism. People are allowed to participate in their government and vote in their political leaders and in many cases vote in the laws that are put into place. As aforementioned, there is no economy, no money, banks or any of this. People simple take and share what they need or want from shops, but these things must be checked out by a clerk.

There is no such thing as rich or poor, though there are people that have more luxury than others. Not because of some privilege, but merely out of preference. Some see no need for material comfort and others got it so they flaunt it.

Religion is still around in this world, but it not so much goes over why but instead how. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs and those beliefs are respected. Imposing your beliefs on others is crime-that is clearly defined as attempting to make someone abandon their beliefs in favor of yours-that's punishable by community service.

So, that's it in a nutshell. I don't have a map, but think of it as Earth. Hope you guys like it

Right. Create your own world. Describe the inhabitants, the terrain, the atmosphere, wildlife, stage of technological advancement, cultural ideas, ?magic?, anything that comes to mind really. Ready? GO!

Continued from above

The culture(s) of my world depend really where you are, same thing goes for terrain, ecology, geography and the like. I'm more or less modeling my world with ours.

I left off with religion, so I'll continue from there. Religious holidays are celebrated only by those who are actually part of it. For example; in schools, A Muslim holiday rolls by, only the Muslim kids are given the day off, and the same goes for Christians. Only Christians are left off during Christian holidays. However, during national holidays, everyone is let out.

As you can tell, there's a separation between church and state, as mandated by the world government. Laws and policies based on a specific religions belief or practice is not allowed as this is seen as trying to use the government to impose religious belief.

On to government, since I'm on the subject. The world as a whole is governed by the... Well, World Government. Instead of a single president, there is a council with an elected official from each nation and region of the world (like the U.N. except they actually do stuff) These leaders create and vote upon bills and policy ideas that are thought up by any one person. Finally, before this policy is put into place, it is checked with the amendment of human rights to make sure that it's not infringing on the natural rights of its people.

However, individual regions are governed by a similar council of governors. The same rules apply, though the policies made in that region affects only that region.

As for technology.... Think of the movie Serenity; an age of guns as well as swords. There are guns in this world, but no weapons of mass destruction such as missiles and the like. Also, possession and manufacture of such weapons is a serious crime with a hefty prison sentence. Civilians are allowed to have almost anything the police force uses-as the international amendment of human rights dictates.

In a world with no economy and poverty, people don't work because they need/have to, but because they should. People take up jobs in order to keep society and its many industries going. But, since this is a world with no economy, people are usually inclined to follow their life's passion rather than mundane tasks, but such tasks are filled by droids. However, you can't 'not work' and being unemployed after a certain extent is punishable by community service. Some may say its an infringement of human right of choice, but come on, if society's to continue to function, people gotta do their part. After reaching age 50, people can choose to 'retire' and be unemployed for as long as they wish after that.

Okay now on to people. People in this world are... No different from those in our world, though with the elimination of the economy, things such as greed are pretty much non-existent as aforementioned, people only have what they choose to have. However, people are more tolerant and understanding of one another. Everyone has personal beliefs or ways at looking at the world, but everyone respects.

So as you can expect, there are gays and lesbians in this world. Certain people object to this sort of thing, but they don't bother the people who aren't. As one vital law dictates: As long as the individual person's practice is not causing some kind of physical, emotional or psychological damage to others (intentional or not), interference thereof is unlawful.

But, just because we live in a peaceful, tolerant world, doesn't mean there aren't people that try to damage this. Though the world police are the ones who deal with most of the emergencies, vigilantism is alive and well, specifically among those skilled in the martial arts. This is known as state-civil collaboration where the vigilante becomes a temporary member of the police force.

Spirituality. Specifically in schools that teach martial arts, people learn to cultivate and manipulate the internal energy within themselves known as 'Spirit Energy' in Romantic language-speaking regions and 'Qi' in oriental language speaking regions. Though teaching of this to members of the police force is not encouraged, there are members within the police force that can use Qi as they have learned how before joining the police force vie invitation.

So as you can see, my world is one where everyone is equal, and people are free to do what feels right to them. There are various policies and practices put into place to make sure the government and governed people are on equal footing so one doesn't take over the other. I've taken what works for a few political systems that work (like democracy's letting people participate in government and communism's elimination of classes) and just got rid of the economy. I don't have a map, but I'll edit this post later.
