Notice how anyone who has power over water is always weak? Well, they could just implode you by controlling your bodily fluids! Also, during a Star Wars light saber fight, why don't they use the force on the light saber switch when they're about to attack? The saber would turn off, and they wouldn't know why!

On topic... I'd use teleportation to cut down on travel time. Eh, not very creative I guess.

One power I always wished I'd have is something akin to a "silence" spell. The ability to create a zone in which sound simply doesn't work. Either I'd create a bubble of silence around myself if I want to read or listen to music (of course the silence would have to not affect the music somehow), or I'd create a silence-bubble around particularly annoying people, and leave it there for a while.
