I can't find the video, but the music in MGS2 near the ending,

Oh god, that music, no, that entire level scared the hell out of me when I first played it.

I remember it being about 3 in the morning and I was about 10 or 11 and getting really into it.

No game had drawn me into the story so much as that and I had been playing for about 5 hours straight and I remember nearly pissing myself when my dad burst into the room telling me to go to sleep.

OT, I'd say this:

I love Half Life... but this is just creepy.

I have no idea how this goofy game got to be so unsettling at parts. This music just makes me feel really nervous, and I'm not entirely sure why. It's just bizarre. All I know is that listening to it at night with the lights turned off is pretty freaky.

Huh, I found Promise (reprise) from Silent Hill 2 to be oddly beautiful.

Spoiler: The Creepy Castle level of Donkey Kong 64. Try playing this at 8 years old. Its surprising I didn't have nightmares.

GAH I remember that music now. That gave me the shivers for weeks as a kid, and I wasn't even the one playing. Good Lord.

Also, sometimes the Fallout 3 music was pretty creepy.
